Seepark-Ferienhaus-Rügen was built directly on the protected coastal zone. Located just 100m from the shoreline, this retreat is one of just a few homes here offering unobstructed views and spaciousness in its design. Closest to the water, it’s the very last house within a small settlement of holiday homes.

The house is ecologically heated by a heat pump, electricity is generated by the photovoltaic system and stored in a large battery. In addition, the rainwater of the roof for watering the garden is collected in a cistern.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Ankommen und genießen. Trotz des leider schlechten Wetters hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit. In dem schönen Haus der Familie Müller haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gemütliche Abende am Kamin verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt und absolut neuwertig ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder.

Ruhig und Erholsam

Wir wollten eine ruhige Lage. Die haben wir definitiv gefunden. Für uns perfekt. Das Ferienhaus super schön. Uns ging keiner auf die Nerven. Wer Ruhe mag, dann dieses Ferienhaus. Immer wieder gern.

Erholung pur

Kurz: Ruhe, Erholung und Natur pur! Wir haben einen zauberhaften Urlaub im Ferienhaus verbracht. Man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt, spätestens als ich intuitiv die Blumen im Garten gewässert habe, wusste ich, dass ich 100% angekommen bin. Das Ferienhaus lässt nichts vermissen, es wurde an alles gedacht. Auch auf meine im Vorfeld gestellten Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Die Lage und die Naturnähe sind einfach unbeschreiblich. Abends konnte man die Fledermäuse beobachten und täglich kamen die Feldhasen vorbeigehoppel. DANKESCHÖN für den wundervollen Urlaub... eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht wieder ausziehen.

As a child I spent summers with my parents on the Island of Rügen on Baltic Sea. In love with the island and its climate I looked together with my family for a special place where we could fulfill our dream of a house by the sea.

The comfort and ambiance in this luxurious bungalow is particularly lavish and unstinting, while the Scandinavian style so distinctively combines design and warmth. With approximately 150m² living space and a 5m sweeping gable, the bungalow offers enough space for all the essentials that make for an exceptional holiday stay.

What makes this property unique

All living and sleeping areas have direct and unobstructed views of the garden and the coast. Three terraces, aligned to follow the sun’s movement through the day, complete the outdoor seaside experience. Relaxing out in a deck chair or in front of a crackling fire offer just two of the unparalleled vistas here for watching the sun set over Hiddensee and the iconic lighthouse.

NEW WELLNESS IN SEEPARK-FERIENHAUS-RÜGEN

From 2019 we offer a special outdoor sauna (BIO and Finnish sauna) directly at the large bathroom. Look forward to a romantic experience with old wood inside, an indirect LED lighting and a large panorama window, which allows a free and unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea.
