Located away from mass tourism, the finca is the ideal starting point for everyone who wants to design their vacation individually.

The idyllic property is located on a 4000 square meter quiet plot in La Sabinita, a small suburb of Arico Viejo and has a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Patio and pool invite you to relax.

Beautiful hiking trails start right outside the front door.

The climbing and bouldering Eldorado Arico is only a few kilometers away.

Small, original beaches can also be reached quickly.

Geocachers will also get their money's worth here.

The house is newly renovated and offers all the comfort you need on vacation: a large terrace to relax, a double bed, a large sofa with sleeping space for 2 more, shower and bathtub, a kitchenette, washing machine, television and WiFi. A barbecue area in the cozy patio and a brine swimming pool are available for common use. A further three studios are rented. The entire property is lovingly created with local plants. Excellent set up and great host.

We rented to see what living off the coast and into the hills would be like. The set up is great, all amenities there were well looked after and we felt we had the place to ourselves even though there were other guests. Very peaceful and night and great for star gazing. We did not use the pool as weather was not hot enough, but we did BBQ a couple of times which was lovely. The log burner was a nice feature but was needed at night. For us a little too remote and we liked to be back before dark as did not fancy driving up to the a accommodation in darkness. Overall we were well looked after by our host and the facilities and set up were excellent. Many thanks Lisa and Jay

House in the hills.

If you are looking for somewhere a little out of the way, but with good access to major routes and resorts, this could be your ideal place to stay. A real retreat, away from it all; with great facilities and a pool for a dip at the end of a hot day.

Lovely elevated hillside retreat

A good sized apartment. Excellent furnishing, decoration, condition and equipment. Friendly and helpful hosts. Stunning views down to the coast and across to Gran Canaria on a clear day. Can feel cold when the sun doesn't shine. The wood burner in the living room quickly makes it snug. Overall we were very content with our stay there.

A well equipped property ideal for getting away from it all

When Pippo met us he said that we were going to “the end of the world”. This place is out of the way but certainly not isolated and if it is the end of the world, the end of the world is rather nifty. A great place to relax, Pippo and Karin are great hosts who respected our privacy. We enjoyed our stay here and it is a great base. All you need for a peaceful relaxing break.

A Jewel

We stayed a week in this property, and we really didn't want to leave. The ambience was so relaxing, the owners Karin and Pippo so nice. The evenings were quite chilly, but it was very cosy inside with the wood burning stove going. We shall definitely return.
