OFFERS FOR REMAINING WEEKS! Villa El Olivo is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Inca, next to the monastery of Sant Bartomeu and on the lane of the old windmills, with an impressive view of the valley and the mountains of the Tramuntana.
The terrace is not visible from the street and at the front is the well-kept, overgrown garden with a lawn bordering the pool. A dense hedge protects the pool from view.
On clear days, you can even see the sea from the terrace! An old olive tree, which gives the house its name, stands in the middle of the garden.
The house is on two floors and leads through the entrance area to the lower floor with a bedroom with a small double bed, as well as one of the bathrooms.
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has the bathroom en suite, an additional large bathroom. The house is equipped with solar panels to reduce electricity consumption.
From the house you can easily walk to the centre of town and behind the house the wide valley begins on the way to Selva. By car you can quickly reach Palma, the monastery of Lluc or the coasts and dream beaches of the north. An ideal place for a versatile stay!
