The house is in a wonderful panoramic position on the waterfront in Hagnau on Lake Constance. 200 sqm, for 2-4 people, 2 bathrooms, TV room. Exclusive full equipment (e.g. Infrared sauna for particularly health-conscious saunas, open fireplace, WiFi, flat-screen TV, very well-equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, Vitra furniture).

In front of the house, above the service road, there is a lawn, steps lead to the water, directly into the lake for swimming and swimming.

You can walk to the romantic town center, the bakery, fishermen selling fish, wine bars, the winegrower or the restaurant in five minutes. Enjoy a vacation on Lake Constance on the banks of the lake or through the dreamy vineyards

Exklusives Ferienhaus in Traumlage

Wir haben unseren Urlaubsaufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen,lichtdurchfluteten Haus sehr genossen ! Die bevorzugte , ruhige Lage direkt am Ufer des Bodensees ist hervorzuheben.Aus fast allen Räumen hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den See.Dadurch wird schon das Frühstück zum Ereignis . Von der Terrasse aus konnten wir herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend , lässt keine Wünsche offen und entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Die Begrüßung durch die Schwiegereltern der Vermieter war warmherzig und sehr freundlich.Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bedacht.

Dieses Haus hat für uns keine Wünsche offem gelassen! Tolle Ausstattung, sagenhafter Ausblick, super Architektur. Die Lage in Hagnau mit Meersburg und Immenstaad gleich nebendran ist optimal!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus direkt an der Hagnauer Uferpromenade mit einer fantastichen Aussicht

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus sehr hell, und modern. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und der Ausblick von der großen Sonnenterrasse auf dem Bodensee und die Bergwelt in Hintergrund einfach fantastisch.Das Haus befindet sich direkt an der Hagnauer Uferpromenade; ob gemütliche Spaziergänge,Joggen oder Radfahren entlang des Bodenseeufers z.B. nach Meersburg, oder wandern auf dem "Höhenweg" durch Weinberge mit wunderbarer Aussicht , oder baden im See direkt vor dem Haustür, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vom lokalen Obst und lokale Spitzenweine- alles ist möglich.Vielen Dank an den sehr netten Vermietern.
