About this property

With three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower with toilet, the house offers enough space for 4-5 people. In the cooler season, the rooms can be heated with electric radiators; the living / dining area with air conditioning.
The spacious kitchen (with electric stove, microwave and coffee machine, dishwasher and various smaller electrical kitchen appliances) invites you to cook together, a portable barbecue for outdoor grilling and various dining areas to enjoy indoors and outdoors.
In the not very large outdoor area you can find a sun spot all day long and from the large roof terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the wide surroundings and part of Cala Llombards. A few meters away at the end of the quiet cul-de-sac, you look up over the steep cliffs to the open sea and in the distance to the island of Cabrera!

Loved it

We had a wonderful week staying at the house. It’s spacious, clean, close to the beach, in a quiet street and equipped with everything you need. Barbara is a great host and helped out with any questions or requests we had. Highly recommend it.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Feriendomizil

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Selbst Reiseliteratur ist ausreichend vorhanden. Das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber dafür kann die Vermieterin ja nichts :)))

Entspannung pur

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Die Ausstattung ist sensationell gut, es fehlt an nichts. Im Haus, auf der Terrasse davor oder auf der Dachterrasse gibt es für jede Tageszeit sonnige und schattige Plätze. Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten stehen in großer Zahl zur Verfügung. Cala Llombard selbst ist nicht sehr spannend. Santanyí ist jedoch ein sehr schönes, kleines Städtchen ganz in der Nähe. Ein Auto zu haben ist empfehlenswert. Wer ruhige Tage verbringen will, ist in der Nebensaison (!) dort bestens aufgehoben.

Bonita Casita

Wir waren eine Woche im Casita von Barbara und haben uns rundum Wohlgefühl. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, es ist sauber und die Lage ist perfekt zur Nähe von der Cala Llombards. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir konnten, nach nachfrage , auch schon früher rein, da wir schon um 09:00 Uhr vor Ort waren, Super und Danke dafür. Es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Es hat an nichts gefehlt wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und von dort aus kann man auch schöne touren Planen, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Vielen Dank noch mal.
