About this property

Our 12, 2012 newly renovated apartment located on the 1st floor of the terrace house in Bad Lauterberg. The apartment is divided into the entrance area, two bedrooms with 2 double beds (one box spring), a bathroom with shower and an open-plan living-dining area with pullout sofa bed and adjoining balcony. The apartment is suitable for 4 persons, but offers Sleeps max. 6 people. In the basement of the main building is home to our swimming pool, a solar Bank and a hobby room with table tennis. The table tennis ball and the racquet are in the apartment.

Kein pool und sehr ekelige Betten

Alle Matratzen und Decken mit grosen braunen/gelben Flecken. Bei fast allen Schränken eine Tür oder Schublade locker, ziemlich gefährlich für Kleinkinder. Im Bad keine Heizung nur ein Heizlüfter, von daher sehr kaltes Bad im Winter wenn man in die Unterkunft kommt. Am schlimmsten für die Kinder war,dass der Pool den gesamten Aufenthalt gesperrt war,wegen eines technischen Defekts. Andere haben berichtet,dass er schon viel länger geschlossen sei. Fazit: Wir würden die Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung.

Ruhig gelegen, fußläufig von Ortskern, Kurpark, Therme und Wiesenbecker Teich. Moderne Küche, gut eingerichtet (bis auf Becher statt Tassen mit Untertasse und Weingläser). In der Beschreibung fehlt ein Hinweis, daß Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht verfügbar, und die Matratzen- Größen für selbst- mitzubringende (Spann-) Laken.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Eine schöne kleine FeWo mit Balkon und Pool (!) zu einem guten Preis. Viel Platz hat man in den Schlafzimmern jetzt nicht, die sind halt zum Schlafen da. Gute Lage, unsere Ausflugsziele waren immer in 30-40 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter!

Schöner entspannter Familienurlaub im Harz

Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter. Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Highlight war der Pool im Souterrain, der zum Schwimmen einlädt. Keine Kritikpunkte!!!
