About this property

The holiday apartment is situated in a prime area in the city because it is located near the most beautiful beaches in the city. Quality bakery and restaurant are just on the other side of the street, and everything else you need on holiday you will find it within 5min to walk.
The property has a large private parking space for cca. Dozen cars, nice big garden, beautifully tiled courtyard with basketball and mini football.
It is therefore particularly suitable for families with children and other guests.
In front of the apartment there is a beautiful terrace, which offers privacy and is protected by a high stone wall of wind and noise. There you can dine in peace or grilling, while the children play carefree, and you can enjoy a glass of wine and a good book, lying in the network and relaxing in the shade of fragrant Mediterranean herbs and trees.
The apartment also has central heating and a garden heater for cozy evenings together on the terrace during the autumn and winter.
Since the apartment is located on the ground floor overlooking the garden, the only thing it doesn't offers is the sea view .
Certainly, I should mention that due to the location of the noise level is littlbit higher. So far I had no complaints about the noise, and likewise I stress that if you are looking for complete peace in the city center, you will not find it.

Wunderbarer Urlaub bei sehr netten Gastgebern

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns als fünfköpfige Familie perfekt, sehr geräumig und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Terrasse mit Grill, wirklich sehr toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen, der Bäcker ist gleich gegenüber. Die Strände sind in 5 Minuten erlaufen, es gibt aber in der Umgebung noch andere die mit dem Auto innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieterin. Bereits im Vorfeld hatten wir immer guten Kontakt und genauso nett wurden wir auch empfangen. Es war ein rundum schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tout était parfait

L'appartement est bien situé. A 5mn de la plage et 5mn du centre du village. Il est aussi très bien équipé, rien ne manque. La terrasse ombragée toute la journée est très agréable. Merci à Zana qui nous a bien tout expliqué quand nous sommes arrivés (notre premier séjour en Croatie) et qui a même pris le temps de faire un tour avec nous pour nous montrer les environs de l'appartement.

A PERFECT LOCATION FOR A BEAUTIFUL VACATION

Everything was more than expected. The position of the house is logistically perfect and really close to everything. The apartament is very comfotable and wide. Everything is very clean and in the house there is really all you need. To complete the apartment there is a beatiful, peaceful garden. Žana is very kind and very helpful and gave us many valuable tips for getting the most out of our holiday. It was our first vacation in Croatia and we will certainly come back here!

Urlaub wie er sein soll! Top Wohnung, absolut zentrale Lage, super freundliche Vermieterin!

Kurz zusammengefasst: super! Wir wurden von Frau Djak herzlich empfangen, nachdem schon vorher die Kommunikation schnell und sehr freundlich geklappt hat. In der Wohnung erwartete uns eine Flasche kroatischen Weins und diverse andere Getränke zum Empfang. Nach dem Herumführen und ausladen bekamen wir von Frau Djak gleich eine Führung durch den Ort, bei welcher Sie uns alles notwendige von Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bank, Restaurants und natürlich den Strand zeigte. Apropos Strand: zwei Strände in fünf Fuß-Minuten Entfernung, Supermarkt, Bank, Restaurants, Geschäfte - alles ebenfalls in fünf Fußminuten erreichbar. Das Haus liegt absolut zentral. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist die Hauptstraße. Den Autoverkehr hört man natürlich - aber es hält sich im Rahmen und war letztlich nicht störend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet einschl. Gasgrill im wunderschön angelegten Garten/Hof.

Fantastisch !

Wir waren im August 2016 für 10 Tage in der Appartmentanlage 3+2. Wir waren sehr erstaunt und überrascht über die tolle, gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Die Zimmer, Küche, Bad, es war alles blitzeblank, komplett eingerichtet, einfach nur top! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.Der Bäcker ist gleich gegenüber, das nächste Restaurant ebenso, zum Meer 2 Min. Fußmarsch und 5 min zu Fuß, wenn man in die Fußgängerzone möchte. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts nie laut und wir fühlten auch nie gestört. Die Kinder haben sich gleich pudelwohl gefühlt, da alles sehr großzügig angelegt ist, wir eine tolle Terrasse (mit Hängematte ;o) hatten und sie sich sehr selbständig bewegen konnten. Zana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns viel über Ihr Land erzählt hatte, uns viele Tipps gab und immer Zeit für ein Pläuschen hatte. Es gibt nichts, was nicht gepasst hätte. Es war einfach alles toll und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We are very fortunate to live in a house that has a history and tradition that has been successfully integrated into the modern world.
We especially love the location, and the large garden and parking, which are an added bonus.
