Villa for 8-10 persons: approx. 250 m2 on ground level. The villa comprises a spacious open-plan living/dining area including a fully equipped kitchen and an impressive open fireplace, two bedrooms with double bed and two bedrooms with a double and a single bed. Each bedroom comes with tv and a private bathroom with shower. The living area is equipped with air conditioning.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Peace & quiet!
Despite arriving near midnight a Saturday we found the villa without trouble (25mins from Pula airport). The owners left the key a a lovely welcome pack of groceries! The villa is spacious (8 of us), clean throughout with all modern amenities plus a lovely pool, bbq and grill area! Whilst the location is great for lounging around and relaxing there is very little else within walking distance. Riding stables (0.5km), beach (2.5km), small (expensive) supermarket (3km) are the closest things around. You’ll have to travel to Krnica (6km) for a few restaurants or Pula (20km) for a wider choice. Pula is lovely both first thing for coffee and late where it becomes vibrant and fun! The Arena is great and we can recommend the Gladiatorial experience! There is a cool climbing centre within 30min drive and a brilliant water park within 1h15m (Istrialand). Pros - great villa, pool, lovely location, great owners Cons - AC in only the lounge /kitchen, need transportation

Schöne Villa
Die Villa war sehr gross und sehr schön. Was wir blöd fanden das es in den Schlafzimmern keine Klimaanlage gab. Dadurch sehr heiss im Sommer. Die Lage war auch nicht so toll, alles war zu weit weg. Im Dorf fehlt auf jedenfall ein Supermarkt. Wenn man mal was braucht muss man immer nach pula zum Lidl etc.

Großes Ferienhaus mit wunderschönen Garten
Alles in allem ist es wirklich ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einem super schönen Garten. Den Grill haben wir wirklich täglich genutzt und sind abends noch gemütlich zusammen gesessen. Einziger Nachteil war, dass wir in die nächste Stadt (Pula) jedes Mal ca. 30 min fahren mussten. Es gab aber einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen ca. 5 min Fahrzeit entfernt von der Unterkunft. Der naheliegende Stand Punta Sica war auch wirklich schön, jedoch sind alle anderen schönen Strände rund um Pula immer mit ca. 30-40 min Fahrtzeit verbunden. Der Pool war wirklich das Highlight vom Haus. Von der Tiefe her war er ca. 1,40 m, also perfekt um auch schwimmen zu können. Durch die vielen Blumen im Garten waren super schöne Schmetterlinge überall im Garten. Ich würde dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen, da wir den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen haben.
