Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the particularly large living area with dining area and open access to the kitchen and breakfast area. From here as well as the two large bedrooms you have a grandiose view over the spacious pool area and the boat dock with an extra lying area along the canal. Enjoy the large heated pool with separate whirlpool and waterfall. The spacious lounge area with sun loungers invites you to relax and read. The outdoor dining area offers you plenty of space for breakfast with relaxing waterfalls and cozy barbecues with a fascinating sunset backdrop. The double garage with direct access to the kitchen, bicycles and ample space for your rental car round off the amenities for you. The unfenced property of 1,500 m² surrounds the villa with imposing coconut palms, blooming hibiscus hedges and other tropical flora typical of the region. The villa will delight you.

From the boat dock, you are on the waterways of the Caloosahatchee River in just ten minutes without locks. From there it is only a stone's throw to the world-famous white sand beaches of Fort Myers and Bonita Springs or the often deserted dream beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

Great, clean Villa and brilliant contact

Very happy with our stay here (2 adults, 2 children). We have stayed in many homes throughout Florida and it's always nice when we arrive at a very well maintained, clean villa. The contact here (Larry) was great as well as the boat captain (Dave). The pool is well kept and it was a great touch to have so many stock items available in the cupboards. Other little touches such as a printer, portable stereo and great TV reception are add up to make it a great home. We would definitely come back.

A fantastic villa in a fantastic location - a true dream home!!

I would like to thank Elke and her family for letting us stay in her villa, we had our best holiday ever. The location of the villa is fantastic. There are shops and restaurants nearby (2 or 3 minutes by car), with a great "Outback Steak House" about 4 miles up the road (we ate there most nights). We made the great decision to also hire Elke's boat which made the holiday better than we could have imagined. There are loads of places to go, and we saw Dolphins and Manatees every day, with the Dolphins often following the boat (something you never tire of seeing). The villa has absolutely everything you need for your stay, and everything was immaculately clean and in perfect condition. The swimming pool and hot-tub were fantastic and we used them every day. Unfortunately, my son found out the hard way that iPhones are not waterproof after sitting in the hot-tub with it in his shorts pocket for 10 minutes!! (good job it wasn't a new one). We will definitely be returning either later in the year, or early next year. Thank you once again Elke! we will be in touch soon. Best regards, Andrew & Family
