Enjoy the exceptional living comfort of our centrally and quietly located super beautiful 2 room apartment, which we furnished in a modern and cozy way for you in August 2012. The bathroom was also completely renovated in July / August 2012 and equipped with a large shower, sink and toilet. In the bedroom we have a comfortable bed of 180/210 cm, a wardrobe, a full-length mirror and a TV. On request, we can also provide a children's travel bed with a proper mattress. In the living room you will find a comfortable leather couch, a modern dining area, a secretary, cupboards and a large TV with DVD and Blu-ray player. Our kitchen is fully equipped and very extensively equipped with all kitchen appliances.
On the associated balcony you can comfortably watch the sunset in the existing garden chairs. We only offer the apartment with self-catering. But you have shopping opportunities nearby. The baker z. B. is only approx. 100 m away and is open on Sundays. If you want to travel with more than 2 people, please contact us.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral sowohl was den Ort selbst angeht als auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben eine tolle Woche gehabt. Vielen Dank Kerstin und Axel

Radfahren am Neckar

Das Objekt ist für zwei Erwachsene sehr gut geeignet. Es liegt sehr ruhig und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Die hübsche kleine Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird, liegt ideal in unmittelbarer Nähe der schönen Marbacher Altstadt mit allen wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der S-Bahn Haltestelle Richtung Ludwigsburg und Stuttgart. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit einem kleinen aber wunderhübschen Balkon, der dazu einlädt in warmen Abendstunden das berühmte schwäbische Viertele zu genießen. Alles zusammen ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür.

eine sehr schöne, gut und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht, bei gutemWetter im Sommer lässt sich dort sicher gut frühstücken! Die Altstadt liegt um die Ecke, alles lässt sich zu Fuß gut erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter.
