The finca, built on the ground floor in the light Ibizan country house style, is located not far from the village of Llubí in the middle of a 2-hectare plot. The house is surrounded by numerous fruit trees, which provide shade in summer, and a garden with lawns. The large, fully covered terrace with southern exposure offers both shade and sun, and the 65 sqm pool provides refreshment on hot days. A separate outdoor kitchenette with barbecue is the ideal setting for nice barbecue evenings. The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own modern en-suite bathroom. The spacious and bright entrance area with elegant natural stone wall combines the cosy living area with sitting area and German satellite TV, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is free internet access and thanks to contemporary air conditioning (cold/warm) in all rooms, the house is well equipped for all seasons.
The location in the centre of Mallorca is also ideal for excursions all over the island. Especially the dream beaches of Playa de Muro in the north are only 20 minutes away by car and via the motorway connection in Inca, 5 km away, you can also reach Palma comfortably and quickly.

Additional costs depending on consumption: The electricity in this house is charged separately according to actual consumption and meter reading at departure or charged with the deposit (0,27ct). Central heating can be booked in winter for 15 € per day. In spring and autumn the air conditioners are sufficient for heating.
