About this property

The 100 square meter, cottage-style holiday home is located on an Aussiedlerhof, 5 km from downtown Kaufbeuren.
Enjoy the view down to the city of Kaufbeuren and the Allgäu mountain range, behind which the Zugspitze massif rises gigantic. Above all, the sunrise and sunset with their variety of colors are a true natural spectacle.
The house furnished according to Feng Shui gives you a relaxed, cozy atmosphere - simply to feel good.
In the spacious living-dining area you can leave everyday life behind you or enjoy the sunset on the south-west terrace with a glass of wine.
In the separate kitchen is from the 4 burner stove incl. Oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine all available to prepare tasty meals. An additional old wood stove invites you to cook yourself a meal like in the 'good old days'.
There are three romantic bedrooms upstairs. One room with a box spring bed and two with two original farm beds each. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower / toilet and a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
The rural surroundings invite you to go for long walks or bike rides. In winter you can use the cross-country ski run right in front of the house for cross-country skiing or skating. Meditation evenings are offered weekly.
The meditative place far away from the daily hustle and bustle invites you to relax and rest.

This was a great find. A great base

Five of us, all adults, had a very comfy two night stay. An ideal location with great sunrise and sunsets, on the second morning woke up to a hot air balloon setting off! Easy drive to the Romantisch Strasse and it's end at Fussen-well worth a visit! We are already planning when to return - hosts are really friendly and spoke great English (better than my German!!!).

Rundum wohlgefühlt

Die Erwartungen, die wir aufgrund der Fotos und Beschreibungen hatten, sind alle erfüllt worden. Ein geschmackvoll und offen eingerichtetes Haus, sehr ruhig gelegen, guter Ausgangsort für Fahrrad und Sightseeing Touren. Leider hatten wir im August einige sehr kalte Tage. Zu unserer Freude wurde ohne unser Nachfragen sofort die Heizung angestellt. Alles perfekt!

Besser geht es nicht

Wir waren das erste und nicht das letzte mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Ruhe und Entspannung sind garantiert. Die Rundumsicht mit Blick auf die Zugspitze fantastisch. Frau und Herr Stückl waren super sympathische Gastgeber.Vielen lieben Dank für zwei wunderbare Wochen

Ehepaar aus Berlin

Weite Sicht auf die Berge Wiesen, Weiden, Wälder Sonne, Regen, Wind Rehe, Füchse, (Greif-) Vögel Glockenklang von Kühen und ... Stille Wandern, Spazierengehen, Radfahren Ruhe Genießen und Lesen :) Das Ferienhaus hell, sauber, freundlich, geräumig und wunderschön harmonisch eingerichtet. All das bedeutete für uns: Erholung und Entspannung für Körper, Seele und Geist! Familie Stückl sind aufmerksame, aufgeschlossene und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
