Wonderful house, excellent location, great owners!

We loved this place. The location in Santa Fe is spot on; an Uber to the Plaza is around $10!! The rooms, the detail, the garden are all amazing.

Perfect

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hobbit House! The house and fountain was even more beautiful than the photos, and it was immaculately clean upon our arrival. Shelia was incredibly welcoming and accommodating in her communication, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, offering both serenity and easy access to local attractions. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds. Overall, our vacation was made perfect by this wonderful rental, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

Magical Getaway

This property is magical! Intricate artistic details everywhere but approachable enough for our children (8 and 11). While there are plenty of adventures to be had in Santa Fe, this home is beautiful and well appointed enough to have just as much fun staying in. Excellent location, responsive hosts. We have visited Santa Fe a few times before and look forward to coming back and staying in the Hobbit House again!

Very Happy Hobbits

This house was an absolute dream! We spent a full week here with a total of 6 people and it was comfortable, well-appointed, and very conveniently located. Every logistical detail was considered, from a thorough binder full of local recommendations to a fully-stocked linen closet with innumerable extra towels, sheets, and blankets. But beyond that - the house is simply gorgeous. Hats off to Terry and Sheila for creating a home that is itself a work of art. We were dazzled by the design of every room, and probably took as many pictures of the house as we did the sites in and around Santa Fe. We would be delighted to return!

My wife and I have lived in Santa Fe for the last 40 years and for the last 10, we have wanted to play 'host.' We bought a house in a key location, and for 5 years, I 'dolled it up' with an attempt to make it a 'live-in art gallery.' It was so fun, I now am doing more of this kind of work. Sheila came in with her green thumb, and designed and planted the landscaping, plus, she oversaw all the interior decoration and furnishings. Now we work together to get it ready for guests. We enjoy sharing the house with our guests.
