This spacious Mediterranean-style villa with a unique panoramic position in Cala Provencals offers breathtaking views of the port and the lighthouse of Cala Ratjada. The Villa Los Almendros is located about 100 meters from the Font de Sa Cala beach and is surrounded by a 1500 m2 garden plot that absolute peace and quiet between orange, lemon and almond trees guarantees. The villa has a spacious pool area and is surrounded on all sides by terraces (newly designed in early 2017), which give you a wonderful view to the neighboring island of Menorca. The furniture of the house is new, modern and high quality. The villa has 2 large double bedrooms and bathrooms en suite (with access to the outside area and large fitted wardrobes), a 2017 newly equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances and a large living / dining room with window fronts and direct sea views. In addition, the house has air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV, Internet via Wi-Fi and alarm system.

A beautiful villa break

Angela's villa is extremely well positioned in Font de Sa Cala and has beautiful views towards the sea. The property itself is very well laid out and has everything you should need. We also loved the pool area, there's a good mix of sun and shady spots to relax in. I would recommend to other travellers coming to this area

Excellent location

We had a wonderful week in this lovely house. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely large pool, and all the necessary accessories/kitchen equipment. Lovely large kitchen. Angela was a great communicator and answered my questions quickly. We would definitely return to this house and location.

Villa superb in every aspect.

Villa Los Almendros is a classically designed villa of quality the interior of which has been modernised to a very high standard, seemingly very recently. It is set amongst exotic trees in a generous plot. Although the villa is close to the small but busy beach resort of Font de San Cala it has an air of tranquility which is most relaxing. The pool is big enough to have a good swim and the various patio areas are comfortably furnished. An excellent supermarket, Mercadona, which has a fantastic fish counter is just a short drive to the outskirts of the small port Cala Ratjada. The drive from Palma airport takes about an hour and is straightforward especially because of the detailed directions provided by the very helpful owner Angela Pollmann who answers e-mailed questions promptly.

Sehr persönliches Haus

Erster Urlaub nach Corona. Highlights des Hauses waren: • der sehr persönlicher Service mit detaillierten Beschreibungen. Die Restaurantempfehlungen haben wir fleißig benutzt. Die Eigentümerin hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. • die moderne eingerichtete Küche, Einen Induktionsherd hatten wir bisher noch nicht • das Elternbad, modern eingerichtet • der sehr persönliche/familiäre Stil der Inneneinrichtung und der Deko. Bis auf einen Besen haben wir nichts vermisst. Obwohl das Haus an 2 Seiten direkt an der Straße liegt, war es weitgehend ruhig. Wenig Verkehr, vor allem nachts. War also ok. Wir wussten, als wir gebucht haben, dass Los Almendros keine einsame Finca auf dem Land ist. Leider hatten wir zweimal Stromausfall im Haus. Der erste gleich am Anreisetag, wahrscheinlich auf Grund des starken Regens. Telefonisch und beim zweiten Mal mittels Elektriker wurde das Problem schnell gelöst. Unterm Strich haben wir uns sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.
