In the middle of the idyllic landscape of the Breeger-Bodden and the kilometer-long sandy beach, the Schaabe, a holiday dream with many attractions awaits you. The fishing village Breege was in the 19th Century one of the wealthiest places on Rügen. Even today, numerous captain's houses and the picturesque harbor point to the historical background and give the place its seafaring charm, coupled with modern holiday flair.

The holiday home was completed in 2012 and offers you with its simple elegance, as well as high-quality overall equipment a high quality and invites you to relax and unwind. After an eventful day of vacation, you can end the evening on the spacious terrace with a beach chair or enjoy a romantic log fire in the living room.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus war optimal für uns 4 Personen. 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Jugendlichen, die jeder ein eigenes Zimmer hatten. Es hat eine schöne Lage nah am Hafen und mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zum wunderbaren Sandstrand der Ostsee. Toll waren die 4 vorhandenen Fahrräder, die schon älter sind, aber für die kurze Fahrt zum Strand absolut ausreichend waren. Leider gab es einige kleine Ärgernisse. Die bezahlte Kurkarte war nicht vorhanden, so dass wir nachtelefonieren mussten. Die Eisfachtür im Kühlschrank war defekt, so dass bei jeder Öffnung des Faches die gesamte Tür herausfiel und wir sie umständlich wieder reinfummeln mussten. Die Uhr in der Küche war defekt. Der Garten ist schön groß, allerdings etwas lieblos mit einem ungepflegten Rasen, ohne weitere Bepflanzung. Der beschriebene Hausmeisterservice, den wir wegen der Eisfachtür kontaktieren wollten, war nicht erreichbar und musste umständlich über die Vermieterin angefordert werden. Der hat dann Fotos von dem Defekt gemacht, aber es gab dann keine Mitteilung mehr und auch die ganzen 2 Wochen keine Reparatur. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft, aber es bräuchte etwas mehr Engagement zur Instandhaltung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung aber schlechte Kommunikation

Das Haus war top, Check in Vorgang hat super geklappt. Wie versprochen war alles inklusive, keine Rennerei wegen der Kurkarte! Aber 3 Tage im Kalten gehockt, weil die Heizung nicht ging, trotz Rücksprache. Der Hausmeister war nicht verfügbar. Der Grill war verdreckt. Es gibt also Verbesserungspotential!
