About this property

'Landhaus: hillside overlooking the sea', was the headline now twenty years ago 'Better Living'. The 'Rustico' was completely renovated in the 90's with love and professionalism by a couple frankfurter. A few years ago we took over this 120 sqm dream home. It is a wonderful place to dive ... in a different rhythm of life, away from everyday stress, the availability around the clock ... Wake up to the view of the sea; no matter what room you are in, the ocean views will not fail you. Cooking in a luxuriously appointed kitchen with all utensils and herbs to the garden. In the porch or on the terrace the food and enjoy some wine. In the spacious living room to find its place and undisturbed investigate the what you feel like ... Or at harvest time to serve in the garden at the various citrus fruits and eat them directly.

As a family or two couples the ideal place for your vacation!

Inside you will find a colorful mix of literature: from regional guidebooks and coffee table books about wine literature to children's books; all in German and / or Italian. In the garden there are four sunbeds, four chairs, a beach chair and various tables. Our kids always had fun in a large group such. To take actions as in barbecue on the various wooden stakes place, rather than a 'banal' chair to use. In the garden you can have fun with badminton, bowls, or even jumping rope. From Baden Coming seaside one recovers here in a pleasant breeze in summer. Enjoy the rest and your vacation!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Die Ölmühle ist wirklich eine besondere Unterkunft - geschmackvoll eingerichtet, feinfühlig restauriert und eine tolle Lage für Naturliebhaber! Wir haben die Tage auf den verschiedenen Plätzen sehr genossen, im Schatten der Palme zu sitzen, auf das Meer zu blicken war fantastisch. Wir bedanken uns für die erholsamen Tage und empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% Viele Grüße Dani und Markus

Liebevoll renovierte Olivenmühle

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf oberhalb von Porto Maurizio. Abseits des Rummels und trotzdem schnell am Strand und in der Stadt. Ruhige Lage am südlichen Dorfrand mit freien Blick über Olivenbäume und Eselfarm bis zum Meer. Modern, mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Auch der Garten mit Palmen, Kakteen, Lavendel, Orangenbäume und vielen Glühwürmchen am Abend war gekonnt angelegt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin war per Telefon oder Email immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit . Wir können dieses Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werden selbst gerne wiederkommen. Frank und Marion

Ruhe in den Bergen

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem tollen alten Steinhaus in den Bergen verbracht. Das Haus bietet jeglichen Komfort, besonders toll sind die voll ausgestattete Küche, die im Boden eingelassene Marmorbadewanne mit Meerblick und die verglaste Veranda, in der man mit Blick auf das Meer auch an kühlen Morgenden/Abenden speisen kann. Ein schöner Platz zum Sitzen ist auch im Garten vorhanden, an sich ist der Garten ein Traum, sehr gepflegt und mit zwei wunderschönen großen Palmen. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Gut beheizbar (Holzofen, Pelletofen und Gasheizung allerdings 4 Euro pro kbm). Das Gebäude besteht aus zwei Türmen und einem Mittelteil, im Mittelteil befindet sich die Küche, in den Türmen im Obergeschoss jeweils die Schlafzimmer. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche ist direkt an eines der Schlafzimmer angeschlossen, das Bad mit Marmorbadewanne ist von dem anderen Schlafzimmer und der Küche aus zugänglich. Letztgenanntes Schlafzimmer ist durch das Bad mit Badewanne erreichbar. Das Haus ist hinten raus und zu einer Seite mit anderen Häusern verbaut, auf dem Mittelteil des Hauses ist oben eine Terrasse eines anderen Hauses, die so lange wir da waren nicht genutzt wurde. Man bekommt aber beim Bewohnen des Hauses den Eindruck man wohne in einem allein stehenden Haus, da vorne raus (zum Meer) kein Haus mehr steht und nur noch der Hang mit Olivenbäumen nach unten geht zu einer Eselfarm (Tiertherapie). Eine kleine 45 min Wanderung führt übrigens vom Haus zu den Eseln und ein paar Pferden und wieder zurück zum Haus. Auf Grund der beeindruckenden Wendeltreppe ohne Geländer als Aufgang zu einem der Schlafzimmer, den zwei Ebenen im Wohnzimmer und der niedrigen Mauer im Garten zur nächsten Terrasse die ca. 4m tiefer liegt, würde ich das Haus nur für Kinder, die noch nicht frei laufen oder die schon sehr gut laufen und wissen was sie tun empfehlen. Dies haben die Vermieter aber auch so schon in der Anzeige beschrieben. Vom Ortseingang führt ein schöner Wanderweg (rot-weiß gekennzeichnet) nach Prela, einem Nachbardorf (ca. 1 h) und von dort ist man auf der Straße gehend in ca. 20 min in Dolcedo, einem hübschen Bergdorf mit einigen Läden und Essensmöglichkeiten. Vasia liegt in den Bergen hinter Imperia, Porto Maurizio ist vom Haus aus zu sehen.Fahrzeit bis zum Supermarkt (Conad in Caramagna) ca. 15-20min, Fahrzeit bis Porto Maurizio ca. 25 min. Die Straße nach Vasia ist für italienische Bergstraßen-Verhältnisse ziemlich breit und gut zu befahren.
