The floor-to-ceiling living room windows facing south (balcony) let the sun flood into the rooms in the morning (electric shutters available)! In addition to a comfortable leather couch, you can expect a flat-screen TV with cable connection and a sound system with I-Pod docking station. The entire living and dining area, as well as the daylight bathroom are tiled and equipped with underfloor heating! If you have a Sky / Kabel Germany card, you can use it (Sky Box without card available).

The real wood kitchen has a granite worktop with ceramic hob, fridge with 3 * star freezer compartment, microwave with grill and crisp function (e.g. for French fries or pizza), integrated extractor hood, large dishwasher, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, electric. The rental price includes final cleaning, basic laundry packages (bed linen, towels, bath towels), table linen, electricity, heating and utilities.

A bike rental is about 5 minutes away on foot, next to it is a bakery.
