Apartment description:
The 3-room apartment is quiet and centrally located in the Zinglingstraße and equipped with all necessary utensils. From here you can easily walk to the sophisticated holiday center of Binz with its restaurants, bars and cafes. For walking is not only the beach promenade within reach, but also the Schmachter lake, a gem of the resort. The car can be left for free in the hotel car park.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with double bed. The living area with comfortable seating invites you to relax when you come in the afternoon from the beach. From the bedroom and from the living area you reach the small balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area gives you the opportunity to create complete menus - nothing is missing.
The fine marble bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Our 3-Zi non-smoking apartment (62m²) in Binz is suitable for 2-4 persons.
It is very cozy and furnished as follows:

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie (2Erwachsene 1Kind,12 Jahre) in dieser Wohnung und können es nur empfehlen. 2 Schlafzimmer,große Wohn.und Küchenfläche. Kleiner,schöner Balkon. Sehr ruhig, Die Lage ist optimal. 10 Min. Zur Strandpromenade und zum See. Alle Einkaufmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Besonderes Plus: Außenjallosien, Halten super die Sonne ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt

Traumhafte Ferien in Binz auf Rügen

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in Binz. Es hat alles gepasst, die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung tadellos, selbst das Wetter war nahezu sommerlich. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, so dass man vieles bequem zu Fuss unternehmen konnte. Zwar wurden wir vorab gewarnt, dass die Strasse gerade neu instand gesetzt wird und wir uns auf etwas Baulärm einstellen müssten, doch haben wir dies kaum registriert, die angekündigten Beeinträchtigungen waren vollkommen unerheblich. Zudem waren die Arbeiten eh fast abgeschlossen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen, zumal auch die Strasse dann in neuem Glanz erscheinen wird. Rundherum hat es uns einfach toll gefallen. Dabei sei auch erwähnt, dass die Hausmeisterin stets freundlich und hilfsbereit war.
