Newly renovated 90 square metre apartment in a fantastic building.

The Ciel Bleu Dalpozzo apartment has been completely renovated with works completed in January 2016.

The apartment has been finished to a very high luxury standard with no expense spared on the renovation.

It is situated in the heart of the Carre d'Or (Golden Square) which is the smartest area in Nice. All of the main tourist sites are within easy walkings distance. The seafront (Promenade des Anglais) is less than 100 metres and the train station is 10 minutes walk.

There are lots of fantastic restaurants and cafe's in the immediate area and there are 2 supermarkets within less than 100 metres.

The apartment is arguably the best apartment in the best building on one of the best streets in Nice !

The accommodation extends to 90 square metres and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, large living space, full air-conditioning, high ceilings, parquet flooring and double glazing throughout.

The apartment is situated in a fantastic building which itself has recently undergone a complete renovation such that the communal areas are stunning. There is also a lift in the building so the access is very good.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and with a double aspect, 3 metre high ceilings and full length windows there is an abundance of natural light throughout.

The living room is over 30 square metres and has an open plan American style kitchen which is fully fitted to include a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and large fridge/freezer.

There is a comfortable seating area with Van der Rohe Pavillion chairs, wall mounted flat screen TV (with Netflix), high speed WiFi and large solid wood dining table with Eames chairs seating 6.

There is also a balcony accessed from the living space which has a table and chairs seating 2 people.

The bedrooms are all a generous size. There are two double bedrooms with king size double beds (160cmx200cm) and a twin bedroom with 2 large single beds (90cmx190cm).

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a large rain shower and there is also a family bathroom with bath and rain shower.

The second double bedroom has a balcony with a table and chairs seating 2 people.

We provide Egyptian cotton linen for all the beds, luxury towels and basic Occitane toiletries.

Wonderful stay in Nice !

We stayed in Dalpozzo apartment for 4 nights last July; this really was a nice experience. The flat is newly refurbished with light colours in an old charming building with a lift. It has full equipment, especially in the kitchen. We also had very nice soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms.

Mike and his staff are very easy to communicate with, so check-in and check-out were very easy. We also could check-in earlier than planned, and left our car in a very nearby parking lot.

I highly recommend this very nice flat to stay in, it was wonderful and very clean.

Amazing apartment and super nice owner

We feel we are so lucky to find this apt in Nice. The apt is so close to the beach and everything. So clean and cozy.!!! We will definitely stay at this apartment again next time. Just feel so comfy!!! Thank Mike, the owner for taking care of so many things for us. The best ever!!!! Just love it!!!

Great location, good equipment, but NOT properly maintained

A lamp shade on the ceiling fall down right on top of a bed. It could have been a serious accident as I just left that bed few seconds earlier. We were panicked for a while during that night. Moreover, it wasn't easy to lock/unlock the apartment door and the bathroom door. Other than that, the equipment was quite new, well equipped and great location to reach to the promenade. Do not bring your car as the parking fee is very expensive nearby.

Great location in Nice

We had a good stay. Great location, shops, restaurants and a bakary on the corner. Great to have two bathrooms, although both are small. AC was working very well and so was the wifi. Might want to get a better cleaning service, the mattress covers turned out to be very dirty.

Just to be clear for the benefit of people reading this; in your review you are of course referring to the mattress protectors rather than the sheets themselves. We clean our mattress protectors at least once every two weeks. Over time however it is possible that they can become stained. We find that fake tan and sun tan lotion give us a lot of problems ! When they become stained we replace them and I can confirm that this week we have replaced all the mattress protectors in the apartment. I hope that you will visit us again some time in the near future. Best Regards, Mike

Fabulous days in Nice

We had an amazing time in Nice, staying at the Dalpozza apartment, which was everything it said it was and more. Very spacious and clean and having two bathrooms was a plus. The beds were amazingly comfortable - we slept liked logs. Perfect location and so convenient for everything - a little supermarket across the road, which had everything you needed and lovely reasonably priced restuarants on the street. It was only two minutes to the promenade and the tourist information office, where you could pick up bus timetables, maps etc.and general information.

We only had four full days in Nice, but visited lots of places. We spent one day wandering around the old town and harbour and along the beautiful promenade and other days spent visiting Monaco, Antibes and the village of Eze - all a must to do and very easy to get around on the buses, which were very cheap. We must return to see more of this spectacular area.
