A modern apartment with sea view in a gated complex with communal pools incl 1 x designated parking space. 3 bedrooms, 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. 2 bath rooms (1 ensuite). Large living/dining area, with 2 x 2-seater settees and table that seats 6. Kitchen with microwave, hob, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Fully air-conditioned with marble floors throughout. A travel cot and highchair are also provided with bedding. Covered patio area with hot tub and patio furniture plus a lower terrace with sun loungers & gas bbq. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes multi channel TV & 300mg Wi-fi. Within the cost of the apartment is a meet and greet service along with linen and towels.

A great family apartment

Lovely apartment, well equipped and in good condition. Everything you need for self catering including a great gas barbeque, microwave and oven/hob. Thoughtful previous residents left little bits and pieces which were really useful. (Sun cream, after sun, shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee etc.) Rooms were clean and spacious and the aircon was great for a good night's sleep. Two bathrooms was a big plus. Pleasant patio with lovely views and a nice big table so you could eat outside all the time. We found the drying stand very handy. You do need a car but we knew that. Pool was excellent for relaxing and there were plenty of loungers. Almost like having your own pool most of the time. Delighted with the choice we made and would definitely stay again.

very disappointed and let down.

On arrival the spanish management/greet had left as she had to be somewhere else so we had to let ourselves in. On entry it was instantly obvious it hadn't been cleaned for some times. Dust everywhere kitchen bbq room patio bedrooms very dusty, half.empty shower gel bottles balanced on the top of the shower enclosure. Outside was even worse garden was totally overgrown with weeds, soiled toilet paper blowing around, bbq not cleaned, every single plant at the property was dead. At first I felt for the owner as it was obvious the management wernt doing their job correctly but after a few phone calls back to the UK and owner it was apparent that this was the norm, so so dissaponted, no direct access to the pool either, shame,,

Owner's Response: We are sorry you feel disappointed and let down. All of the issues you raised have been addressed. 1. The apartment is cleaned for every visit but local weather conditions can result in more dust than usual, we have added extra procedures to resolve this. 2. We ask that our guests contact our representative on leaving the airport and drive directly to the apartment so meeting times can be met. 3. Unfortunately the irrigation system had failed, this has been repaired and plants replaced. 4. Non perishable items left by visitors are kept for future visitors to use as they wish. 5. As advertised it is a communal pool with communal access. 6. We are always available to speak to, and will respond to any requests or issues as quickly as possible. We appreciate all feedback as this allows us to continually improve our service and apartment. Regards John

Lovely apartment and complex. Well furnished inside and out. We had a very relaxing family holiday. Quiet area. But definitely need to have a car. Only thing missing is dishwasher if you intend cooking. Will return again perhaps for some winter sun.

Absolutely Ideal

Had a lovely couple of weeks here at the end of July, start of August. Property is very modern, well appointed, clean and well maintained with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The pool and garden area are very well kept and, at least during our stay, was very quiet - never any trouble getting a sun bed and we were frequently the only people there. The centralised air-conditioning is superb, much better than the individual room units that you normally get in holiday accommodation, and, when set to auto-mode and it achieves the desired temperature, is quiet enough for all night operation to ensure a good night sleep.

The property location is far enough away from Estepona and the main road to be lovely and quiet, but close enough for it to be only a 5 minute car ride to the centre of Estepona and its vast range of restaurants, both in the main part of town and also around the harbour area which is a bit further along the road at the SW end of town. Estepona beaches are easily accessible and are fine if you're happy with flat long beaches. There's a multitude of different areas to chose from, with lots of beach bars and also beds and parasols to rent. If you want more "interesting" beaches with rocks and coves suitable for snorkelling etc., it's well worth a drive down the coast 25 minutes or so to La Duquesa, which has a couple of lovely beach areas with restaurants and beds etc., and also a lovely harbour area too. The best beaches that we found however, were actually a bit further along the coast in the area of Punta Chullera. Be cautious though if you do try them - parking is at an absolute premium, but they're well worth it.

In our experience, the listing was very accurate and response from the owners and their representatives in Spain regarding questions, queries or problems was swift and efficiently handled and resolved.

Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location!

The apartment is a very modern, well furnished and equipped slice of Mediterranean luxury.

As it was a summer visit, the powerful air conditioning was very much appreciated since the weather was stunning and set at a fairly consistent 30 degrees plus (celsius). The large pool, with sun bathing area, and spacious patio allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather at the apartment, whilst having shade available, for when it was too hot for some of us.

The stunning apartment, gorgeous weather, nearby beaches and incredible restaurants all worked together to make it an incredible holiday- We will definitely be visiting again!!

Although I must warn: If you've never driven in Spain and you intend on either bringing your own car, or using a rental, be warned, Spanish roads are awfully designed!

Property clean well maintained and friendly

After spending a week at this apartment who would want to go home (not me). Having drinks on the veranda with views of the med. The accommodation was top class. Beds very comfortable along with all the furnishings. Sunbeds and barbecue in the outside space. Plenty of space for sun lovers as well as those that prefer the shade. You could quite easily spend your time at the apartment but then you would miss the large variety of eating places and the sandy beaches with shanty bars to stop and indulge in a glass of white wine. I will certainly have to visit again - can't wait. P.s. Pool a little cool March/April.

Selwo Aventura is within walking distance, although there is a car park. This is said to be the biggest safari park in Europe and well worth a visit.

A range of restaurants and bars are within 10 minutes drive. We can recommend 'Playa Bella', 'Golden Sun' Chinese Restaurant and 'Itapu Bar and Resturant'.

If golf is your thing then there are dozens of spectacular courses within a twenty - thirty minute drive of the apartment, the nearest course and practice range is mere 300m away. We can personally recommend La Cala with it's stunning views, Torrequebrada and El Paraiso golf club.

Well worth a visit are Estepona Old Town, Puerto Banus Marina and Marbella.
