Lovely cottage, stunning location, vineyard and tennis court.

Cotswold View is a charming, first floor apartment with stunning views of the Cotswolds and Warwickshire countryside. It can accommodate up to four people and a baby. Cotswold View, which adjoins the owners' large property, has its own private entrance which can be accessed by an external brick built staircase, situated at the far end of the property. The entrance door opens up into a cosy lounge, dining room and kitchen area with plenty of space to eat and relax whilst enjoying views of the Cotswolds and Warwickshire countryside. The dining room area leads into a good sized corridor with doors on the left leading into a double bedroom with splendid hillside views of the Cotswolds and Malverns. Straight across the room is a newly decorated, modern bathroom with bath and shower. At the end of the corridor is a spacious en suite bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of space for a cot. This bedroom has a storage cupboard and a modern bathroom with bath and shower.Cotswold View is surrounded by landscaped gardens with a large pond, orchard, wild flower meadow, woodland, vineyard and a newly planted English forest of 2,000 trees. Nestled between the woodland and vineyard is a tennis court, available for the guests' use. The picturesque, award winning village of Welford on Avon is only a two minute drive away and Stratford on Avon and Chipping Campden are only a short drive away from here. Easy access to the Cotswolds with its beautiful Hidcote gardens, Shakespeare country, Warwick Castle, Leamington Spa and other West Midlands attractions.

Clean, comfortable accommodation

Tucked away flat, with a 30 minute walk into the pretty village of Welford. Good location for Stratford, National motor museum and numerous national trust properties.

Beautiful, peaceful location

What an enjoyable stay!! Private and peaceful. It truly is a home from home. The home is clean and comfortable. They only negative is the Wi Fi is really is awful. I suggest a separate router for each residence. That my possible address the signal.

With that said. I can't wait to return to this home in the future. The owners were wonderful and you felt at home.

Very nice venue. Need a small amount of tyding up

Very nice venue. The cottage was excellent and as advertised.

Grounds need a bit of tyding uo though. The wif was not verry good.

The clothes dryer is complex andf the instructions are wanting.

However we woud definitely stay agin when i the Strattford area. The location was perfect.

Comfortable and calm

The accommodation is comfortable, clean and spacious. We received good instructions on how to find the property. It's in a really lovely rural position with stunning far reaching views, but not far from pubs, corner shops and Waitrose. The kitchen is well equipped with an easy to use cooker and microwave. The gardens are very pretty and we enjoyed picking some plums and apples. There is a tennis court which is a nice bonus. There are good walks in the vicinity. It's an excellent location for both Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. My only advice for prospective holiday makers is take a hairdryer, there wasn't one. We would definitely return and thoroughly enjoyed our week there.

Cute and clean in a lovely location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage, it is well maintained, light and airy and has good facilities. The location is perfect for walking along the Avon Valley Trail and for easy access to local pubs by foot or Stratford-Upon-Avon by car.

We met Margaret and she was very friendly. We would certainly stay again and have already recommended the cottage to some friends.

If for any reason beyond the Owner’s control ( for instance fire damage) the apartment will not be ready on the date booked, all rent paid by the Hirer will be refunded in full but the client will have no further claim against the owners.

The Owner cannot accept liability for injury or loss of life to any person or for loss or damage to any property brought onto premises, or for any loss or damage caused by any vehicle on the premises. The Hirer is advised to take adequate travel insurance to cover them in the event of such circumstances.
