Lovely apartment at the heart of Marbella

Fantastic location close to everything at the centre of Marbella. We had a ten day stay at end of July 2017 with our family of 2 adults and 4 kids under 9. The apartment was exactly as advertised, the rooftop area with private pool was really a great novelty for our family. We had asked for a cot and high chair and these were ready for us when we checked in. Communication was always swift and professional before and during our stay and our deposit was returned really quickly after our checkout. Facililties were good including aircon and wifi. We found that the dishwasher wasn't working and this was replaced with a new one within 24 hours. The garden and pool area was beautiful with a lifeguard on duty during pool hours, which is unusual in our experience. Thanks for everything.

Excellent position. Good condo. Apartment pretty complete. Gym poor

We stayed for a month. The apartment is positioned two blocks from promenade in Marbella which is convenient for eating and people watching. The condo is excellent - well designed. The gym was a big disappointment- poor equipment, much of which was damaged - as a fitness fanatic, I was unable to use it.

The apartment was good, the beds very comfortable. Shops nearby.

NEGATIV.. bei einen Aufenthalt von 10Tagen würden nicht einmal die Handtücher gewechselt ...Mülltüten musste man selber Kaufen wie auch das Toiletten Papier nur etwas vorhanden ..2 Platten in Küche zum Kochen. für Max Auslegung 4.Personen .Möbel Alt und abgewohnt Silberfische im Bad geht alles gar nicht Wasser wurde Kalt ... Möbel zum sitzen auf Balkon gebrochen an einen Stuhl ...Internet eine Katastrophe jedes Restaurant am Szrand besserrs ..in einer Schublade Süssigkeiten von Vormieter gefunden. Owner's Response: Sehr geehrter Herr Peter, Wir haben Ihre Bewertung unserer Wohnung 115 in Marbella House nach ihrem letzten 10 Tage Aufenthalt gelesen, und wir danken Ihnen, dass Sie das getan haben. Alle Meinungen sind uns nützlich um zu korrigieren und um zu verbessern, insbesondere ihre Bewertungen, weil es die aller erste negative Bewertung ist, seit dieses Apartment seit Februar in der Anzeige ist, mit insgesamt 154 belegte Nächte und 16 Familien. Auf Bezug Ihres Kommentares, bedauern wir das Problem der Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche, was ein Fehler unserer Wartung war, da sie bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als 7 Nächte zweimal gewechselt werden, und bei einen Aufenthalt von langer als 14 Nächte ein mal in der Woche gewechselt werden. Im Bezug von Toilettenpapier und Müllbeuteln, stellen wir immer nur eine neue Rolle in jedem Badezimmer (3) und einen Beutel in den Eimer. Normalerweise wenn andere Kunden mehr Toilettenpapier oder Müllsäcke benötigen , können Sie jederzeit unsere Schlüsselhalterin Tatiana anrufen und nachfragen, dieses wied innerhalb von Kurzerzeit eledigt. Das gleiche geschieht, wenn wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden, dass von der Wohnungseinrichtung etwas beschädigt ist, wie beim kaputten von Ihnen angegebenen Terassenstuhl, hätten wir sofort ausgetauscht. Im Hinblick auf das Internet, haben Sie eine 4G-Modem Vodafone zur Verfügung gehabt, wie bei allen unseren Wohnungen und wir haben keine Funktiosfehlnachricht von Ihnen erhalten. Wenn Sie uns benachrichtigt hätten, hätten wir den Telefonbetreiber kontaktiert um das Problem zu lösen. Die Wohnung die Sie gemietet hatten, gehört unserer Firma Pitt SA seit 10 Jahren, so wie andere 13 Apartments im gleichem Komplex Marbella House. Im laufe des Jahres 2016, haben wir diverse Renovierungen angefangen wie z.b Böden, Möbel, Wände, Türen und andere. Im Apartment 115 mussten wir warten bis keine Belegungen mehr gemacht wurden, um die vorgeplanten Renovierungen durchzufuhren . Sollten Sie mit uns nochmal buchen, sind wir sicher dass Sie unsere Apartments in einem besseren Zustand erwarten, was unser Bestreben auch ist. Wir sind bemüht unsere Kunden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zufrieden zu stellen, aus diesem Grund, möchten wir Ihen, so fern Sie nächstes Jahr wieder kommen würden, einen Discount Bonus von 2 Nächte uber Ihren Gesamtaufenthalt anbieten.
