About the property

Fantastic duplex at Boquer area near the beach and bars and restaurants

This duplex is in an ideal location in Puerto Pollensa. It is on the ground and first floor, has 3 bedrooms and a shared swimming pool. It is located in the Boquer area of the town, two minutes back from the Pine Walk (the seafront walkway) and beach and 5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants of the town.

There are views of the Boquer hills behind and across to the Formentor peninsula in front.

On the ground floor there is a large open-plan kitchen/living area. There is also a small utility area with a washing machine and a downstairs bathroom with toilet and handbasin. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one with bunk beds), each with a balcony, and two bathrooms, one of them en-suite which has a bath and another which has a shower.

There is a safe, wifi, English sattelite TV and hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and in each bedroom.

To the front there is a patio area, with table and chairs and a lawned area with a built in barbecue. The shared pool is to the rear of the property and there is a parking space also to the rear, though the road is very quiet and has plenty of parking space.

Really nice property in an excellent location

We have just spent 2 weeks at this property and really enjoyed it. It was great having the garden at the front with a BBQ and the swimming pool at the back is well kept and good for children. The location is excellent, only a short walk from the beach and pine walk.

Beautiful home, ideal location

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in juan's duplex. The accommodation was ideal and more than roomy for our family (myself, my husband and our little 3 year old). The location itself is perfect - 5 mins walk to a lovely part of the pollensa beach and the start of the pinewalk. I would definitely recommend and hope to return in the near future.

The apartment was clean, bright, well equipped and perfectly located for us.

The area is really quiet but still within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach is at the end of the road!

Juan was in touch with us by text when we arrived and meet us at the apartment, even though we were later arriving than we had said. He was helpful and gave us some maps and local info.

We used the pool everyday and it was great for our 2 young children.

We haven't been to Mallorca before, but will definitely be back. Great Holiday in this lovely apartment.
