The apartment is situated on the mature and exclusive San Roque Golf Resort with two 18 hole championship courses and within the 'Golden Golf Triangle'. Resort facilities include swimming pools, equestrian centre, hotel and beach club facilities, bars, restaurants and an on site commercial centre. 24 hour security. The apartment is all on one level and from the stunning terrace the apartment overlooks the beautiful San Roque Old Course 13th Green and ancient cork forest beyond. The kitchen, lounge and main bedroom look out onto the main terrace with sliding patio doors. The second bedroom has its own small terrace and patio door.

About The Owner

I live in Hong Kong with my wife and two children, Nelson and Lucia (who is named after the region of San Roque). I fell in love with this Southern region of Spain many years ago. I proposed to my wife here, spent time (never enough) roaming the hills of the Sierra Nevada, marvelled at the magical history and architecture of Grenada, Sevilla and many other special towns and cities in this region such as Ronda, Jerez, Cadiz etc.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2014

Why The Owner chose San Roque

I am a self-confessed golf nut (whenever time allows) and as luck would have it my favourite region in the world happens also to be a golfers paradise. And in my experience the San Roque resort is one of the best in the region. As well as hosting two first class championship golf courses, the resort also offers a secure, private and exclusive setting away from some of the more commercialised locations along the southern coast of Spain. In short, you get the best of both worlds with somewhere tranquil and exclusive to stay away from the hustle and bustle but in a central location, close to major road and transport links, from which to explore the many varied and unique sights of this stunning region.
