3RD FLOOR FLAT, 2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, BATHROOM, FITTED KITCHEN, LOUNGE, FREE WI-FI

Ideally located in Cheltenham town centre, our 2 bedroom modern top floor (third floor) flat is near to Cheltenham's popular shops, restaurants and bars. Montpellier is a 5 minute walk.

Entry is via a secure communal door into the communal entrance hall then there is a lift or stairs to the 3rd floor. Overlooking Leckhampton in the distance, the balcony provides a pleasant space for relaxing. Sanford Park and the popular Lido are only a short walk away.

Our flat has 2 double bedrooms, the first double bedroom has built in wardrobes, the 2nd double bedroom is more compact with a single wardrobe, both are comfortable. The bathroom has a bath with shower. In the lounge are 2 sofas, a table and chairs, TV, DVD player and free wifi.

Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven and hob. Also slow cooker so you can come back to a meal at the end of a day exploring. There is gas fired central heating throughout. A visitor's parking permit may be provided for the duration of your stay, please check with the owner.

Great stay!

Great little apartment in a central location. Super clean and tidy and has everything you need to feel at home while you're far away from home!! Even had BT Sports which was a nice little bonus!! Great hosts, excellent communication throughout.

Great base for Cheltenham festivals and Cotswolds

We had a great experience with the owners who arranged car parking and sent the keys in good time. Flat was everything we wanted and even had a balcony with a distant view of the Cotswolds. Kitchen well equipped though we mostly ate out. Plenty of places within walking distance. Double beds ensured a good sleep but little space to walk around foot of the bed. Don’t forget to visit the park opposite.

Comfortable and Convenient - Central Cheltenham Location

Cheltenham is a cultural center in the Cotswolds with a variety of parks and flowering gardens in the town. This apartment near the Berkeley Mews is a recommended choice as the town and outlying Cotswold villages are all easily accessible from this location. Just a short walk from the center of Cheltenham, this two bedroom apartment is roomy, nicely furnished, and has a well equipped kitchen – including a slow-cooker that got plenty of use during our two week stay. The owners were great with communication both prior to and during our time at the apartment. They even arranged for a parking permit for the neighborhood, and only once did we have trouble finding a spot – but there is a pay-and-display lot right next to the apartment if needed. It was nice being on the top floor (very quiet) and there is a lift (although it is small and somewhat slow.) We were greeted with a bottle of wine, fresh flowers and cookies – a nice touch. We enjoyed having a tub and a balcony. And, of course, having a washing machine is a real plus, although there is also a commercial laundromat nearby with large capacity efficient dryers if preferred to the multi-action apartment washer/dryer. Don’t hesitate to stay in this apartment when visiting the area.

Lovely flat in town

We spend our week wandering in the Cotswolds and further. This flat, very well supplied actually, has been our HQ in town.

Very kind tennants have provided a parking permit for residents during our stay and we've always found a parking lot near the apartment.

A lot of pubs and supermarkets nearby.
