Four double bedrooms, south facing with fantastic sea views. This beach house has the option to cater for up to 8 people. There is a spacious lounge which provides TV /DVD & Free WIFI . The kitchen has full cooking facilities as well as a microwave oven. The house is fully air conditioned supplying hot and cold air. At the front of the house there is a sun terrace where you can dine al fresco looking out to sea.

The rear terrace provides a washing machine and two 150 ltr water tanks ensuring sufficient water to cater for all your needs. On the first floor there is a balcony where you can relax, read a book or simply watch the boats go by. The house has a well stocked linen cupboard and ample beach towels.

Should you require a house clean whilst you are on vacation, this can be arranged. The property is within easy walking distance to the local bars/tapas and grocery store. La Cala town is a 10 minute walk, having a range of bars, restaurants, banks and shops.

On Wednesdays/Saturdays there is a market where you can buy local produce and many clothing/house accessories.

A bus service runs every 15 minutes which can take you to Fuengirola or Marbella.

Beautifully modernised in perfect location.

We had a wonderful week here in late October. The weather was perfect and we all swam every day as the position was adjacent to the beach.

Four couples fitted in well and made full use of the outdoor patio area.

The house is immaculately presented with all you need for a relaxing stay. Perfect position for walking to town but no noise reached us from there.

A lovely holiday we hope to repeat.

Home from home amazing beach holiday ..

My husband and I booked it just for us,then decided to invite friends to join us,glad we did this beach house was very spacious,clean and done to a very high standard.everything was perfect,welcome pack with groceries milk ,juice soft drinks and even a nice bottle of pink fizz our friends were so grateful to be invited to this wonderful beach house .it truly was a wonderful holiday overall, nothing was too much trouble The owners even went in to the town and bought us a BBQ,which was great,so thanks for that Ian that was a nice touch.plenty places to eat and drink,we had a few bbq and made a few nice meals on the terrace with great sea views am home now in Yorkshire still trying to find fault 😄?...it's booked up for next year it was worth every penny we paid.the beds were very comfortable beach towels and bathroom towels all provided .will book again in the near future again thanks Ian for a great holiday,Tim,B.bop.xx😎?😎?

Absolute wonderful holiday couldn't recommend any more!We arrived being a large family of 8 to an immaculate beach house with a very warm welcome from Bruno and his wife who also suplied with complementary essentials including wine and beer, The beach house was also fully equipt with every thing we could possibly needs during our stay here. Nothing was too much of a problem for Bruno all the way through the holiday all trips etc he was more then happy to arrange,Can't wait to book up for next year..The beach house Will now be our yearly holiday accommodation!Thanks for a great holiday!

A fantastic property, perfectly situated in a beautiful unspoilt area of Spain. Thoroughly enjoyable

From the second you wake up to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore, to the minute you drop off to the same noises, this has been an awesome property, location, experience, and fortunately we had the weather too. This property is super modern, clean and well situated, giving access to everything you could ever need during your stay. Our travelling party consisted of 4 x adults and 1 x child - we found the property really spacious (could accommodate 8 x adults), and had all the modcons and was really well presented. The owners could not have been more helpful, with arrival drinks, stocked fridge (and cupboards) with necessities, a load of 'must visits' restaurants and menus for superb take outs too.

Great views, great property, great holiday venue, gutted its not available next year.....Make sure we have first refusal on any cancellations during next years summer hols Ian/Bruno please?!?

One of the best stays ever!!! Steps from the beach and incredibly well designed house.

I cannot say enough about this house! I gave myself a pat on the back for finding it. My husband and my boys and some of their friends were here for a few days after school was out and I can say that it could not have been any better. I was so happy to be so close to the beach. I could sit on the patio and hear the waves and read my book all day! My teenagers and their friends were happy on the beach, in the water, or going into town. There is a GREAT walking path in front that goes to the town of Cala de Mijas and far south. Many people walking up and down to walk dogs or get exercise. If you like to run or walk, this is a great place to be because the boardwalk south is an excellent route. The town of Cala de Mijas is small but not too small, big enough to find groceries and plenty of restaurants, and lots of choices. Many places on the beach too. The house was impeccably clean, easy to keep in order as the layout was so perfect. We were not inside much because the weather was incredible, we could sit on the front patio and talk or eat. There is a great awning to enjoy the patio during the day. I did cook breakfast which we ate inside. LOTS of plates etc so I did not ever run out of stuff. I LOVED that the beds could be put into singles in the rooms (we had the downstairs room which was two singles only) . With big teenagers having them in separate beds made for less of sleeping problems. The house was spotless when we arrived and Bruno and his wife gave us an excellent tour. Nothing was missing there- I even thought every light switch was in just the right place. We did not have a car and I enjoyed walking into town for our dinners or finding sandwiches for lunch or doing groceries. We did take taxis to and from the airport and for the two nights we went out, once to Marbella and once to Malaga, both around a 30 min drive. Great chairs for the beach and towels too. I cannot recommend this property enough. It is a very quiet area and very relaxing, we found all of the people in the area to be very friendly. The town of Cala de Mijas is also spotless- we were so impressed with how they kept the area so clean. Many people working to clean the garbage and pick up anything that is loose so it is spotless all of the time- I think the people that live there are proud of the town to keep it so nice. Bruno, thanks again for letting us stay at your house! I did my best to keep it as clean as possible, but not always easy with 6 teenage boys. LOVED IT!!!

La Cala de Mijas

Originally a tiny fishing village, La Cala de Mijas has become a popular resort for those who wish to visit a charming town that retains its’ Andalucian seaside village atmosphere.

Located on the Mijas Costa, being part of the popular Costa del Sol, it is easily accessible from Malaga International Airport; an approximate 25 minute drive. The town and its’ beaches are well maintained by the presiding Ayuntamiento (town hall) and a recently built paseo/promenade enables walkers and fitness fanatics a scenic passage along the coast to neighbouring Calahonda.

A popular street market is held every Wednesday and Saturday on the large fairground site which becomes the venue for the annual fair and local fiestas which begin on 25th July.

La Cala de Mijas is also an excellent base from which to visit Puerto Banus, Marbella, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Benalmadena and a trip to the beautiful Mijas Pueblo is a must.


There are numerous restaurants in and around La Cala, most within easy walking distance or a short car ride away. Every taste is catered for; apart from the traditional Spanish fare including tapas and paella, international cuisine is available including Thai, Chinese, Indian, Italian to name but a few. The beachside chiringuitos serve amazing fresh fish and sea food that is cooked ‘espeto’ over hot coals; the result is delicious fresh food with amazing views.

Formal dining is also available at the El Oceano Hotel and the newly opened Olivia’s where music and dancing accompany a great meal.


There is an abundance of sporting and recreational facilities located nearby including golf, horse riding, tennis and seasonal water sports. Keen golfers are spoilt for choice with competition-standard courses at La Cala, Mijas Golf and El Chaparral. There are numerous other excellent courses in the nearby locality.
