Sea Spirit is a spacious 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment with spectacular far reaching sea views across Whitsand Bay and nearby Looe Island. Located in a tranquil cul de sac in the Hannafore area of Looe surrounded by fields and the coast. You can relax on the private terrace soaking in the fantastic views while listening to the sounds of the sea and countryside. Ample free on street parking is available directly in front of the apartment. Hannafore beach is less than two minutes walk and the lively fishing town of Looe with it’s picturesque Harbour are a short stroll along the sea front.You can enjoy a walk along the South West Coast Path which will lead you along the coast and the breathtaking scenery through Talland Bay, where you can take a short rest in the Talland Bay Beach Cafe before continuing your walk to Polperro.

Also within a few minutes walk of the apartment are the Island View Café where you can enjoy your breakfast over looking the sea, Hannafore Point Hotel with its spar, swimming pool, bar and restaurants, Looe Putting Green and Tennis Club.

The apartment comfortably sleeps four people with a King size bed in the large master bedroom (sea views) and twin beds in the second bedroom (country views). Sea views are also available from the well equipped kitchen and the spacious lounge/diner. The kitchen has ample units with crockery and cutlery provided, electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridgefreezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The lounge/diner has a dining table and four chairs and two large leather settees, one reclines allowing you to completely relax whilst looking out of the large double glazed window at the spectacular view of Looe Island and Whitsand Bay. If the views aren't entertaining enough there is also a flat screen television , DVD and CD players.

The bathroom comprising of a bath, over bath electric shower, wash basin, electric heated towel rail and wc.

The outside private terrace with patio table and chairs allows you to soak up the panoramic views and the sun.

The apartment is heated by electric storage heaters which allows the apartment to be used all year round.

Bedding and towels are provided.

We have recently started a facebook page (seaspiritlooe) giving more information about the apartment and the local area and attractions. Please take a look and hopefully "like" what you see.

Booking Note:

Payment can be made bank transfer or cheque with only a 10% deposit required to secure the booking.

If payment is made by Credit/Debit card via Owners Direct the minimum deposit will be 25% of the total holiday cost.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit payment. The remainder of the holiday cost should be paid in full 45 days prior to the arrival date.

If the booking is made within 45 days of the arrival date, the full holiday cost should be paid at the time of the booking.

Sea Spirit is ideally situated to enable you to relax in tranquil surroundings, but is also close to Looe to allow you to stroll into town for the shops and restaurants without having to drive. You can park in the street directly outside the apartment during your stay, safe and secure and not costing you a penny in parking fees.

What makes this apartment unique

The best thing about Sea Spirit apart from being a spacious comfortable place to stay has got to be the fantastic sea views which will keep you mesmerised for the whole of your stay.

The private terrace is a real sun trap giving you the opportunity to completely relax.

Stunning views, high quality apartment

This is a wonderful holiday apartment. The sea views are spectacular! The flat itself is much bigger than it looks in the photos, particularly the main bedroom. This is also true of the terrace, which is a real bonus. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with high quality fixtures and fittings, along with nice welcoming touches such as milk in the fridge. We were reluctant to leave!

The sea views are absolutely amazing which suitably compliments this well maintained "home from home" first floor apartment.

It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay

and is a great base to explore the beautiful landscape and beaches of cornwall.

Lovely apartment. Fantastic views.

A well kept clean and tidy apartment with just about everything you need. Parking no problem and a short but hilly walk to Looe harbour. The walk is a little steep but good for the heart and good for burning off those excess calories you get when eating too many Cornish pies, fish and chips etc. Good location for starting the coastal walk to Polperro. Highly recommended if your legs can stand it.

Good base to explore the area

Great views of Looe island and immaculately clean apartment. A bit basic in terms of kitchen kit, plates etc and no washing machine ( with kids this was a challenge)! Beautiful views and good location to explore the area

Modern appartment,great views

Property was very clean and most of all really comfortable furnishings and beds, most places we've stayed in have really cheap uncomfortable furnishings, this is complete opposite. It's big and airy and also has outside deck overlooking sea which was a real bonus. Well equipped and also at very end of quiet road but only 2 minutes walk from sea front
