'Silver Palms' is a gorgeous Mediterranean-style two-storey house on the idyllic Watersong development, designed with generous open living areas, elegant features, and flowing layouts for a truly exclusive feeling. Our custom-made home has a colourful exterior, designer kitchen features, and is loaded with upgrades including fully tiled floors, and an oversized pool area. It stands on an over-sized conservation lot, providing privacy in the back yard because you are not overlooked from the rear. Nature’s paradise can be your private retreat!
Features include: Four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Oversized pool area with toilet and shower area. Fully equipped games room. Lounge has 50' plasma TV.
Please note that our home is licenced to sleep a maximum of 8 guests.
Watersong has easy access to the I4 expressway and is just 20 minutes from Disney World with easy access to Universal Studios, Sea World, the airport, the beach, shopping centres and many more attractions including world class golf courses. On site is a spacious 6,700 sq ft clubhouse.

Close to major golf resorts: Reunion (Home to the LPGA) Providence, and Champions Gate championship golf courses are nearby, as are several others.

We provide a very personal management service to help with all your booking requirements, as you will see from our extensive positive feedback.

Excellent Accommodation

Lovely spacious property with an excellent outdoor area and pool. Everything we were looking for in a Florida holiday home. The owner Neil was very quick and accommodating on all communications. Would definitely return.

Great Florida Villa

Absolutely fab stay in this lovely spacious villa. The villa was easy to find from the directions and door code/alarm was easy to use and gave us a good sense of security. Villa was very well laid out with everything we needed for our stay. The welcome pack of coffee/bread/milk was most welcome as we arrived very late. Pool was terrific - we couldn’t get the kids out if it: “err, we’re going to Universal, don’t you want to come??” Lol!! All in all a very comfortable and spacious villa that added to our fantastic holiday... hope to be back one day!!

Loved it!!!

We had a great time here! The house was super spacious & having a bathroom for each bedroom was great!!! We enjoyed the starter pack they left for us in the kitchen (milk, Sunny D, bread, and little cereals)! We needed those to start off with! The pool was awesome to have to ourselves! And having the hot tub was so relaxing! I definitely recommend getting the heat for the pool, we enjoyed it! Communication with Neil was a breeze through emails & HomeAway! Thank you soooo much!!!

Home away from home!

We are a family of 6 that traveled from Ohio for a 10 night stay at Silver Palms. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a great relief after long days at the parks. It very much like home. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The community was nice we went and used the clubhouse pool and the kids enjoyed the play area. We do yearly trips to Disney and plan to stay here again! Wonderful home!!!
