We are happy to welcome you to this spacious 2 bedroom holiday rental in Barbados. Situated on the south coast of Barbados you will be able to walk to the beach within 5 minutes or 8 minutes to the very popular Dover Beach where you can relax on a deckchair or hire equipment for watersports from Charles and crew. There are also a variety of stalls and cafes on the beach front.

This is a large two bed apartment in a cul de sac which is wonderfully quiet at night while only 3 minutes walk from the nearest restaurant and 5 minutes walk from the various shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars cash machine and other facilities in the famous St Lawrence Gap area.

Apt 4 at Welches offers free air conditioning, free wifi, free cable TV and a telephone for local calls. It has a balcony area for relaxing when you want some quiet time away from the beach. This is a great holiday letting for groups that want a lot of space to relax on their dream Barbados self-catering beach vacation.

The rental price includes the provision and cleaning of towels and linen once a week.

Owner's Response: This review should be read in the context of the following actions of this holiday makers and other reviews of this apartment and owner: In particular: The holidaymaker Insisted that they should have 5 bed spaces for 4 guests after they arrived. No mention of this requirement was made prior. They badgered and upset other guests to get them to give up one of the beds in their apartment. Complained to the website about minor issues rather talk to the owner who lived next door to their apartment. The broken kettle was replaced the same day it reported as not working and the blocked sink was also cleared the same day. And yes the owner, a very laid back 80 year old Bajan, did speak to them about their behaviour and was happy to give them a refund for them to leave which is what they said that they wanted to do, but Welches are well priced, very large fully fitted out apartments,close to the beach, so it was no surprise to us that they stay for the full 2 weeks. .

Great Location!

8 min walk to some very nice beaches, 15 min walk to the nightlife of St. Lawrence Gap. 4 min walk to Maxwell Main Rd where public transport is available to take you throughout the city.

We were in apartment #2 and it was fairly clean well laid out, however, it could use a new couch, a new vanity in the bathroom and some extra pillows for the beds.

The air conditioning worked well and Gayel was very friendly.

We had a great vacation and plan to return!
