Excellent Central Location Within Easy Reach of Beaches and Restaurants

This villa is fantastic value and offers a master bedroom with en-suite, 2 further double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The open plan living and dining area consists of 2 sofas one of which is a double sofa bed, dining table with seating for 8, TV with full range of Sky channels, Bluetooth music system. There is also a games room with table football, pool table and putting mats, home gym and exercise bike.

We also have a private pool, outdoor dining terrace with BBQ and a roof terrace.

We benefit from being centrally located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo where fabulous beaches and world class golf courses are plentiful.

Numerous restaurants and varied night-life 5 minute drive (Vale do Lobo beachfront Praça) Quinta Shoppjng offers boutique shopping and numerous bars and restaurants. For more casual dining and relaxation head to Julia's Beach (Praia do Garrao) where you will find a further 4 great bars/restaurants.

Nearby you will find numerous water sporting activities such as jet-skiing, paddle boarding and banana boating at both the beach and Quinta do Lago Lake. There are also various walking and biking trails throughout the Ria Formosa nature reserve.

Why Andrea Leaver chose Almancil

We bought this property in December 2015. After holidaying in the area with our children for the last 10 years we felt it was our time to have a 'home from home' in the sun and Casa Poppy is just that. With spacious light and airy rooms there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy (our children are now 21 & 18). Casa Poppy is in a great central location with lots of different sporting activities for all ages and numerous bars and restaurants locally.

We hope you will enjoy our 'home from home' and it's location as much as we do.

Great house and pleasure to deal with.

Four of us stayed in this charming house with lovely kitchen and swimming pool.

The owners were very professional and looked after everything that we needed.

Very inviting and pretty

The villa was very clean and modern. Lovely new kitchen and new sofas in the lounge. Nice compact pool. Free wifi and all sports and Engish channels. Lovely bedrooms and modern bathrooms. Spacious parking. Handy for restuarants at Quinta and Lobo. Can recommend Monica's left on the main road and supermarket (Pingo Doce) at entrance to V do Lobo. Owner Andrea very helpful and friendly. Local manager there to help. Loved it!
