Luxury 3 bedroom 4 bathroom town house with superb sea views in quiet location

'3, The Pebble' is literally a stones throw from the beach.

Amazing & superb luxury family seafront property situated in a peaceful residential area of Littlestone. Having superb sea views from Dover to Dungeness with the occasional glimpse of the French coast. Probably the best holiday home you will stay in.

This super sized property completed in March 2016 offers total comfort over all 4 storeys. Sleeping a maximum of 6 people it is 'The premier choice' for a holiday home.

There are steps to the first floor from outside.

The first floor offers:-

Entrance porch, hallway & spacious toilet. There is an open plan kitchen / dining area. The dining area has lovely dining table with ample chairs, wall mounted large flat screen Tv, door to balcony with superb sea views.

Between the kitchen and dining area are two comfortable chairs with a table.

The kitchen area is fully fitted having center island with breakfast bar & stools,

5 burner gas hob, electric oven, warming drawer, combination oven, dish washer, fridge, freezer and two sinks.

Second floor:-

There is a very spacious Master bedroom Kingsize bed, built in wardrobes & En-suite shower room. There is a door to a balcony with superb sea views.

There is a twin bedroom to the rear having two single beds & a built in wardrobe.

The beds join together to make a super king size bed. (Please let us know when booking if you wish for the super king option)

There is also a family bathroom having bath with shower over.

Third floor:-

This floor is mostly open plan. Having a very comfortable, spacious lounge with wall mounted large flat screen Tv, two large sofas & a relaxing chair. There is also a large coffee table & several side tables having lighting. To the front right there is a reading / games area with two comfortable seats, lamps and selection of books & games.

The front left has a door leading to a superb covered balcony with room for the whole family. The views from here are breathtaking.

To the rear of this floor is a lovely double bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobes. This bedroom also has an En-Suite shower room with w/c.

The Ground Floor:-

This can be accessed from inside the property or from the rear via the electrically operated double garage door..

From the inside there is a gaming room with corner sofa, wall mounted 40" tv & xBox One. (please bring your own games)

There is also a shower room & w/c on this level.

A secure door leads to the double garage which also doubles as the games room with a table tennis table. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The garage door is electrically operated and leads to a walled courtyard with double gates to the rear, giving access for cars if you wish.

To the front of the property is parking on the quiet road. Across the road is an area of grass leading to the beach. The sea wall runs from Littlestone to the Redoubt, near Hythe. This is great for bike rides or walks.

Further along 'The Green' (the grass area) is a childrens play area and an outside Gym area.

PLEASE NOTE:- As there are 4 floors and 4 sets of stairs we do not feel the property is suitable for toddlers, as there are no stair gates.

What a wonderful holiday home! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful house with us. We couldn't have wanted for more, we had everything we needed and all so beautifully presented too. We were all delighted with the welcome pack - such a lovely thought and made us feel very welcome (the kids enjoyed the treats!). We've had a superb holiday and enjoyed the local facilities. Peaceful seaside heaven

The Pebble, with its luxury feel and its amazing location probably makes this the best holiday home we have ever stayed in - and there's been a few!!

The kids loved the beach ( you can almost jump in the sea from the balconies), my wife loved the kitchen and it's contents which catered for every eventuality and I loved the Golf course also visible from the back of the house.

Beware, there are a lot of stairs so don't leave your phone in the kitchen once you have settled in the top floor lounge!! The furnishings are lovely, the house so clean and we hardly saw the children who were lost to the X Box and the Table Tennis.

Needless to say - we will be back. Thank you for a brilliant stay.
