Free standing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on sunny south slope

Traditional house on a secluded 2-hectare terrain on the south slope of the Serra de Caramulo, with well-kept garden and a large (12 x 4 m) pool, with a vegetable garden and season fruits at your disposal. Orange, lemon, walnut, hazelnut, almond, and fig trees, grapes, passion fruit, various summer fruits, and more. The Serra de Estrella marks the horizon. The rented part of the house is on the second floor, with 2 bedrooms and an extra bed; a third bedroom and second bathroom downstairs. Wood stove including wood, large balcony facing south. Poolhouse with wood fire. For the duration of your visit you have the whole property for yourselves.

Geweldige locatie en woning met prachtig uitzicht

Prachtig gelegen woning met uitzicht tot aan Serra da Estrela. Twee slaapkamers, de 5e persoon slaapt in de hal/woonkamer op een extra bed. We troffen een verzorgde tuin aan waar het in volledige privacy heel goed toeven is. Fruit zo uit de tuin op je bord! Zwembad heel ruim met natuurlijk een fenomenaal uitzicht. Het gehele terrein is heel goed onderhouden. Let op: alleen de bovenwoning wordt verhuurd. De - grotere - benedenwoning wordt niet verhuurd maar is niet bewoond tijdens verhuur. Je kunt wel van de patio van die woning gebruik maken. In de directe omgeving is voor kids niet heel veel te beleven. De top van de Caramulinho is een bezoek waard. Contactpersoon spreekt alleen Frans maar is zeer behulpzaam. Kortom heerlijke plek!

Please note that 'location on map' is not correct. Our property is situated in Vila de Rei, close to Campo de Besteiros in the municipality of Tondela. Campo has all the basic requirements, including a fine bakery, butchers, fish monger, two mid-size supermarkets and a monday market. Tondela has everything, including four big supermarkets and a tuesday open-air market. Among much more, Viseu (30 km), Aveiro (60 km), Coimbra (60 km) and Caramulo/Caramulinho (10/15 km) are worth visiting. There are several signposted walks as well as a biking trail nearby for those who can tear themselves loose from the pool. A map is provided with detailed information of all possibilities.
