Beautiful Apartment, large pool, great view of Kalkan Bay and very close to town

Beautiful, well presented and maintained two bedroom apartment in a quiet location, yet only 5 minutes walk into town, where all the great quality restaurants, shops and friendly social bars are available for you. The apartment has high quality decor with a well equipped open plan new kitchen, lounge and dining area plus a lovely contemporary bathroom. The apartment has satellite TV, Wi-Fi and full air conditioning in every room. The two bedrooms can be set as single beds or joined together as doubles, this will be organised before you arrive. A fifth person can be accommodated in the lounge area. The apartment has access directly onto the large tended swimming pool and pretty, well stocked garden terrace which has a wonderful view over Kalkan Bay and the Islands. The swimming pool is shared by only three apartments. The apartment also has it's own private balcony and private lounging patio areas.
The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer available. Terrace umbrellas, towels, sun chairs and useful holiday items such as freezer packs are also provided for guests.
To date the apartment has been let to friends, who have seriously enjoyed staying there and had a fantastic time, so please do take the opportunity to try out what they loved about it :)
There are plenty of trips to ancient cities and fun water based sports plus stunning beaches in and around Kalkan also very conveniently situated to the weekly buzzing market and two minutes walk to the nearest supermarket.

Lovely Apartment close to the old town of Kalkan

The apartment has everything you need, good air con, wifi, large shower, lovely pool area, comfy beds. A short walk into town, via a steep hill, uphill on the return home. Lots of beach clubs that pick up from the harbour each day. Lots of nice bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our time in Kalkan.

Absolutely Fabulous

We have been to Kalkan twice before but not to this apartment. Margaret has been brilliant from the very beginning, answering my many questions and assisting us when our flights were changed. The apartment is very clean, has everything that you could wish for and is within east walking distance to the town and harbour. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Margaret as a host and her apartment in Kalkan. Thankyou Margaret- one very happy and relaxed family from Suffolk, UK.

We had a lovely time staying at this apartment. The apartment is exactly as listed, was clean, and the check-in process was easy to follow. Margaret was very attentive and dealt with any problems we had very quickly. We had a wonderful holiday - thank you!

accommodation and location

lovely apartment, swimming pool was really lovely and very clean. however the walk down to the centre was a bit of a pain. and it certainly was to far to walk back every evening. I think Margerate needs to put some sort of sign or number on her wall, as it was 12 midnight when we arrived and we had a job locating the apartment in the pitch black. also the kitchen although clean needed some TLC as the work surface was very old and looked rather shabby. To sum up our holiday went down very well but I still think its to far from the centre to walk every day, with no other facilities near by such as a nice bar/restaurant or shop of any description.
