This beautiful apartment has an ideal location, less than a km on foot from the center of Le Lavandou, and truly feet in the water. It is through, consists of 3 large bedrooms opening onto a balcony, a new and very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer), a beautiful living room, a bathroom and a shower room , 2 WCs, one of which is separate, and a large terrace with sea view. Its location in the DRC makes access to the sea very quick and simple!
Residence of only 18 apartments, very well maintained and with closed parking. The apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday in a privileged setting.

Un appartement top et idéalement situé !

Nous venons de passer deux semaines dans cet appartement tout simplement parfait ! Deco soignée, climatisation et voisins très discrets ! Une résidence de standing, un emplacement de premier choix. Parfaitement conforme à la description de l’annonce. Nous recommandons vivement !

Très bien et confortable

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location, qui correspond exactement à la description (ce qui est souvent rare ). Très agréable d'arriver dans cet appartement très propre, avec une superbe déco, tout le nécessaire est là pour passer de bonnes vacances. La région est magnifique. A recommander sans modération.

Super séjour

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui en plus d’être bien décoré est vraiment bien situé. La terrasse est très agréable pour passer de bonnes soirées entre amis! Location conforme aux descriptifs. Rien ne manque pour passer d'agréables vacances.
