Penthouse apartment with charming terrace with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and the famous Balcon de Europa. The residence offers free Internet, two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.

This unique penthouse holiday home is located right in the heart of Nerja's old town on the first row overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Balcon de Europa. The

holiday rental is located on the third floor of a building with three apartments in total and there is a possibility that larger groups can rent all three holiday apartments. The three homes offer a total of 14 beds.

The apartment Sol offers a large living room with TV, sofa, armchair and dining table, a small toilet and an open-plan kitchen with all accessories. The living room has access to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Beside the bedroom you will find a bathroom with shower. A flight of stairs lead up to another bedroom with two single beds and wardrobes, and offers direct access to the large roof terrace which offers two lounge chairs, dining table and a relaxing environment where you can enjoy the sun, the sea and the stunning views.

Vackert centralt boende nära havet

Lägenheten är rymlig och välutrustad. Det centrala läget nära havet, balkong Europa, restauranger och affärer är perfekt. Men det är bra att veta att det saknas air condition. Lägenheten är i stället utrustad med två bärbara fläktar.

Från takterrassen är utsikten fantastisk, liksom från de två sovrummen. En kort promenad bort ligger flera fina stränder.
