About the property

Conveniently located 3 bedroom bungalow with sea glimpses

This south facing bungalow has its own gated access from the service road and an allocated parking space. The entrance to the bungalow is via a spacious terrace with awning. Now with WiFi and UK TV (Freeview via internet) and Spanish TV.

To the front of the property is the communal pool with glimpses of the sea from the terrace. From the front door you enter the spacious lounge/dining room fitted with a comfortable sofa and chairs, coffee table, T.V, and ceiling fan, dining table with six chairs. The modern independent kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, electric hob, oven and overhead extractor fan and table and chairs. From the hallway there are three bedrooms one with a king size bed (150cm x 190cm) and two rooms with two single beds all with ceiling fans. The bathroom is fully fitted with bath/shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. This is a pretty accommodation with white painted walls, black ironwork and traditional shutters to the windows in a friendly community.

From the bungalow it is a five minute walk to the supermarket and a great gym called Gym PolaMax with lots of equipment, classes and a sea view! The beautiful Playa Lavante sandy beach is also a five minute walk. It's a ten minute walk to the town centre where there is the historic castle and plaza with bars and restaurants. You can stroll along the seafront to buy fish from the fish market and enjoy the recently renovated port and marina. From the port there are boat trips to the nearby island of Tabarca which is a marine conservation area. You can promenade along the seafront and enjoy the views towards Tabarca and the scenery beyond Santa Pola.

Alicante airport is a nine mile drive (15kms) from Santa Pola. You can drive inland to Elche for shopping, cinema etc. and visit Alicante, Guadamar and Torrevieja along this coastline.

Transfers can be arranged between the Alicante airport and the property for an extra charge.

The following baby equipment can be hired for a small charge per day:

Car seat, High Chair, Cot, Baby Buggy, Bouncy Chair.

Included in the fresh laundry: top and bottom bed sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers in winter, bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, bath mats, and tea towels.

A welcome pack is provided.

In the winter, free heating is provided by a gas fire.
