If you are looking for a relaxing and tranquil holiday you will love staying at this palatial and elegant villa. Behind private electronic gates is a large driveway with ample parking. Surrounded by immaculate tropical gardens the villa is furnished to the highest possible standard both inside and out. The shaded terrace area overlooks a magnificent and very large private 10 x 5m pool. The garden houses a large barbeque area away from the main villa. Located conveniently to the Café Del Mar Area on the Moraira - Calpe Road the villa is no more than four minutes drive to the beach and town centre. The ambiance of this superb villa with wonderful facilities will give you the most relaxing of holidays ever...

Property is accessed by impressive entrance with remote electric gates and video entry intercom system. Entry gates lead into a large stone paved drive with parking for four to six vehicles with a separate covered car port area. Eight small steps lead up to the front entrance with columned portico porch and very well presented tropical style gardens. Entrance through the front door leads into the hall with guest WC to the left followed by entrance into the ground floor bedroom suite with triple fitted Moroccan styled wardrobes on the right and separate en-suite to left with WC, sink and wet room style walk in shower with glass shower screen. This bedroom has 2 x single beds. It has twin opening arched doors leading out onto a Juliet balcony which overlooks the pool and grassed garden. The open plan lounge (with two sofas, a 3 seater and a 2 seater) features flat screen television with Sky TV, Sky Sports & Movies. A feature stone effect fire place with wood burner and a sleigh feature coffee table with modern delicate chandelier over and oranate rug. It also has twin aspect windows from the lounge overlooking the pool and lawned gardens. Leading on from the lounge to the open plan curved designer kitchen with built in fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Oven and ceramic hob with round suspended extractor fan and granite work tops. Opens onto multi aspect dining area (with air conditioning unit) and very attractive and high quality dining room set. The dining area features five arched roman windows and French doors opening onto the covered terrace (a naya). Adjacent to the dining area is a dog-leg staircase with double height window and chrome banisters leading up to the master bedroom. The master suite includes a landing area with three doors. The first door leading into walk in wardrobe with 5 double Moroccan styled fitted wardrobes and seating and a doorway at the end opening onto a juliet balcony. The second door leads into a huge designer bathroom, large twin bath and separate walk in shower, double vanity area with granite work tops and surrounds. The third door leads into the bedroom itself which is round and has a super king bed, 5 beautiful curved roman style windows, and French doors opening onto a large private terrace (6.5m x 2.5m approx.) overlooking the pool, gardens, summer house and also offering a good sea view. There are electric blinds to the terrace, air conditioning and a total of 32 spot lights in the ceiling! Downstairs again, patio doors slide open onto large covered terrace with good quality outdoor dining table and chairs. This terrace has four impressive white columns and step down onto the pool terrace as well as electric sun blinds that can be used to offer further shade in this area at certain times of day. The gardens themselves are beautifully kept with a wonderful stone terrace centred on a large 10m x 5m pool with roman steps. The terrace surrounds approximately 1/3rd of the pool circumference the other 2/3rd's surrounded by grass. The lawns are well maintained with large immaculate palm trees. The Summer kitchen to the right side of the pool has an adjacent walk in shower (outdoor) and small washroom outside. The summer kitchen has built in BBQ with dining area, other garden furniture includes sun beds and a hammock. Highly recommended.

Occupying a large private plot it is conveniently situated close to the Cafe Del Mar area on the Moraira - Calpe coast Road and a little further on to the centre of Moraira. It is a two minute drive (20 minute walk) from the Cafe Del Mar area which offers a host of bars and restaurants and a 4 minute drive (30 minute walk) from the centre of Moraira and main beach. The very well kept gardens include a large 10m x 5m private pool with roman steps, lawned areas with immaculate palms, a very large driveway, a shaded terrace off of the lounge and an attractive pool side barbecue / dining area. Good sea views from many vantage points within the property. Wow what a brilliant Villa.. We had a lovely time.. the villa had everything you needed.. Gary & Elaine were Fantastic hosts and they made us feel very welcome and the welcome pack was perfect.The Pool and garden were fantastic and the air con was much appreciated. We would recommend this villa to both families and couples.Extremely relaxing with spectacular views . A car would be beneficial but we coped fine.

Everything perfect!

Lovely villa and Gary and Elaine were perfect hosts! The villa itself was immaculate, nicely furnished and very clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided by the owners. Very quiet location with wonderful views but only a short drive into Moraira town made this the perfect holiday location for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone looking for a holiday rental that stands out from even the best of the rest.

Really perfect

The Villa is everything and more that is pictured and said in the advert.

Over the years my wife and I have become accustomed to the finer things in life.

This villa has it all, the attention to detail is amazing we had a wonderful week there and will defiantly defiantly be going back, its just perfect, highly recommended by us
