Villa Ca´n Andreu is ideally located 900 meters walking distance from the Old Town of Pollensa. The charming property is set within an enclosed plot of land surrounded by mountains; consisting of the main house, a private swimming pool facing the South and large parking area partly shaded.

The property offers a lovely rustic feel throughout.

The house has a well-sized, covered terrace at the rear of the property with BBQ area and views to the pool which is a lovely place to enjoy dining “al fresco” and good company. The outside covered area is supplied with a summer kitchen, gas oven, fridge, sink and barbecue.

The property has an easy access to the fully equipped kitchen, which leads to the dining room/hall, which has a newly installed pellet stove to provide a homely feel to the property during the cool months of the year. The villa also hosts 3 bedrooms: master bedroom is on the first floor with a shower room en suite; the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom on the ground level. Every room is air-conditioned.

The round private pool with Roman steps is surrounded by a lawned area. Ideal sun trap to be enjoyed throughout the day.

You will be surrounded by beautiful countryside and mountain views and the Old historic Town of Pollensa.

An extra cleaning fee of 100€ will be charged when you confirm your booking.
If your stay is longer than 12 days, a change of sheets and towels is included free of charge.
In case you want an extra change of sheets and towels during your stay (less than 12 days), it has an extra cost of 55€.

Confirmation of your booking.

To finalise and confirm your booking you must supply us with you email address so you can then activate your customer account with Dickinson Villas, once we send you the activation details message via your given email address.

Once you have completed the online guest check in details we will then be able to send you the arrival details and direction to the property a week prior to your arrival.
