At the entrance, on the left there is an airy living area with two sofas, TV with flat screen television and a dining table for eight people and the kitchen. All sides of the room give direct access to the terrace through one large windows and two glass door. The villa has three bedrooms: two king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, hairdryer and toiletries with a wonderful sea view and one bedroom with two bunk bed plus another bathroom with shower.

Just wonderful

Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage im November. Fantastische Sonnenaufgänge und bis Nachmittags viel Sonne auf der riesigen Terrasse. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am letzten Abend sahen wir vier Delfine, die direkt vor dem Haus durchs Meer schwammen.

Torno in questa casa ogni estate.

Ritorno in questa villa periodicamente da qualche anno ed è per me un'appuntamento immancabile. La posizione di cui gode è unica, quasi immersa nel mare cristallino dell' Argentario, e a pochi passi dall'elegante porticciolo turistico di Porto Santo Stefano. La casa è spaziosa, sobria ed elegante e offre il massimo del comfort il tutto corredato da una vista mozzafiato e dal suono del mare sottostante. Grazia è una padrona di casa che con discrezione ed efficacia ha sempre fatto sì che la nostra vacanza fosse svolta nel più assoluto relax. Per me e mia moglie, la vacanza è appena terminata ma già prospettiamo per la prossima estate il ritorno.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Wohnung ist modern aufgezogen, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn, beim Aufwachen schaut man den Fischern zu und hört das Meeresrauschen.

Enttäuscht vom Vermieter und Unterkunft

Coronabedingt mussten wir nach 20 Stunden die Unterkunft verlassen. Bevor wir den Mietvertrag abgeschlossen haben, hatten wir uns (Per Mail) von der Vermieterin versichern lassen, falls es durch Corona zu Restriktionen kommt und somit nicht zu einer regulären Vermietung, dass sie uns Kosten zurück erstattet. Darauf ist die Vermieterin beim Eintreffen der Reisewarnung leider nicht mehr eingegangen. Sie teilte uns mit, dass das Geld anderweitig privat gebraucht wird. Unsere Bitte war eine Rückzahlung von 50% des Mietpreises- das blieb unbeantwortet- ein angebotener Discount für die nächste Buchung statt der einer Rückzahlung war keine. Lösung für uns in der jetzigen Situation. Was uns weiterhin störte, war der späte Check- in Termin (ab 17 Uhr), da die anderen Gäste wohl später abreisten. Beim Betreten des Hauses roch es vorderen Bereich sehr muffig und das Besteck war nicht richtig sauber. So haben wir dieses incl der Gläser im Geschirrspüler durch gewaschen. Leider roch es beim Öffnen des Geschirrspüler faulig und sehr unangenehm. Des Weiteren funktionierte die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich nicht (wurde nicht warm).Der der Vormieter wohl gut gebraten hat roch es nach Küche im 2ten Schlafzimmer bei Inbetriebnahme der Lüftung zum Heizen. In der Beschreibung stand nicht, dass es sich bei dem Objekt um eine Doppelhaushälfte handelt (die hinteren Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig ) auch sind die Dachterrassen ( welche doch schon sehr renovierungsbedürftig sind) sehr dicht zusammen und heißt für uns nicht„Privatsphäre“. Die Nachbarn haben wir bis nach 24.00 deutlich gehört. Die obere Terrasse voll einsehbar von Nachbarn und Bewohnern der hinteren Häuser. Die Handtücher und Bademäntel waren sauber aber Klamm und bereits älteren Datums. Alles im Allem waren wir von dem Objekt sehr enttäuscht. Gerade in dieser Preisklasse hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Liebe Grazia, Es tut uns leid aber wir kamen aus einem sehr schönen Haus direkt am Meer in Süditalien und waren von dem Haus und dem Service der Vermieter super verwöhnt Dein Objekt liegt prima - aber das ist nicht alles. Es gab keine gute Einweisung - sicherlich auch sprachlich bedingt Dass wir enttäuscht von dem nicht Einhalten deines Versprechens Corona bedingte Änderungen zu berücksichtigen, haben wir dir geschrieben. Unter diesem Umstand und dass das Objekt nicht unseren Ansprüchen entspricht werden wir nicht wiederkommen. René und Ines
