This apartment is situated in the Villamar complex in San Eugenio / Playa De Las Americas located on the promenade by the sea with a short walk to the beach, good quality restaurants and bars with entertainment close by. The Puerto Colon Marina, casino and Mercadona supermarket within walking distance. Aqua land, Siam park and Siam Mall near by. The Apt comprises of a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, living room has large wall mounted television (various selections of English and International channels) patio doors to the balcony with outside table and chairs, views to the pool, sea and Las Americas. Apt has a locked safe. And WiFi. The balcony area seats four with views of the sea and pool with an awning to shade from the sun. The complex has lifts for easy access, swimming pool and kids pool with sun bathing area with views to the sea.

Fantastic apt close to lovely beaches/ restaurants… host really lovely.. all you need in one place. View from apt spot on. pool nice but people queue to get sun beds and they have mostly all gone by 9am .. wasn’t a problem for us as we prefer the beach.. might get on some people’s nerves. There is a number in the apt info for a guy to do airport transfer and he’s much cheaper… you’ll have to ask the host for his number as I’m not sure I should post it on here…all in all we have had the most amazing holiday Thankyou Jo we will be booking again !!!!!

Clean , peaceful and a marvellous sea view

My husband and I had a lovely time relaxing in such peaceful surroundings. This complex is beautiful and offers plenty of local restaurants, shops and other facilities. We would not hesitate to return given the opportunity.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Immaculately clean, adequate change of towels and linen etc. Location was good, easy access to supermarket, bars and restaurants. Communication with the owner (Jo) was excellent. Apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
