About the property

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Exclusive use. Nicely furnished for 4 to 8 people.

Guests have exclusive use of the whole property.

Underfloor heating and log fire. Traditional alpine chalet recently renovated but retaining a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

4 bedrooms all with new comfortable beds and quality linen duvets and blankets. Sleeps 4-8 in 2 doubles and 2 twin/doubles. One of the bedrooms is on the mezzanine above the living area.

There is underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner so the chalet is always warm. 2 bathrooms with baths and hand showers. 2 separate toilets. The garage acts as a ski and boot room and for other storage.

Large balcony and outside terrace with BBQ, tables and seating for 8.

Very nice private mature garden and great views all around the chalet up to the waterfall that cascades down behind the chalet, Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi.

Linen and towels are included in the price.

Wood for the fire is provided at no extra cost.

Lovely chalet in good location.

This Chalet was lovely. We were a family of 4 but there was plenty of space for 6 or even 8 with the 2 bathrooms. The view from the chalet is superb with the Aguille de midi and Mont Blanc in sight above you and the Brevant side also viewable from the terrace. We liked the location of the chalet as it is a mile away from Chamonix and the centre of Les Houches which meant it was peaceful after a busy day in the throngs in the centre of Chamonix. It was a way to walk though to any bars or restaurants with young kids; and if you did walk, it is quite a hill to get back to the chalet so we had to use the car.

The Chalet is really well equipped and maintained and had everything we needed. The garden was a nice space although sloped which limited the playing of games a little.

Beautiful views, luxurious beds

We had a wonderful week staying at the chalet. It was well-maintained and the owner was attentive and kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend this chalet to a family coming to visit the area. It was accessible and my children loved playing hide and seek and running around in the garden. The beds were very comfy too, with goosedown duvets and high thread-count sheets!

Fantastic chalet with stunning decor

We arrived at the chalet and were really impressed, especially with the interior. Exquisitely decorated with some great detailing. We booked the chalet for our family skiing holiday, 3 adults and 4 small kids.

The chalet itself is in a great location with stunning views right across the Chamonix valley. During our stay the chalet was bathed in sunshine so we made full use of the great sunny balconies.

Inside, the kitchen is well equipped, nice big fridge/freezer and the lounge is inviting and warm with great open plan living. It has a lovely wood burning fireplace but we didn’t actually need to use it during our stay.

The bedrooms are all of a very good size with very comfortable beds and lots of storage and the underfloor heating throughout, kept us all toasty and warm.

The two good sized bathrooms are also tastefully done with plenty of piping hot water any time you need it. The mezzanine bedroom is particularly nice with a great relaxing feel to it.

Wi-Fi / internet was rock solid so had no issues with internet access, and the smart TV in the lounge made entertaining the kids nice and easy on bad weather days.

The chalet also has a great garden which the kids could actually sled in, and even had a kids swing for them to play on. The useful boot room/ boiler room is great for storing luggage and perfect for taking off all your wet things after skiing. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer which was very handy. The nice big driveway made parking our big van a breeze too.

It is located at the top of a quiet road but is also very quick and easy to get to the main road into Chamonix centre with good access to public transport.

Corin and Claire were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay, which we did.

Awesome, can’t wait to go back!

Séjour très agréable au pied du Mont-Blanc.

Le chalet, en bonne partie rénové, offre un très bon confort : chambres cosy, pièce à vivre agréable, un garage bien équipé et pratique pour stocker, joli jardin. Et surtout une vue imprenable sur le Mont-Blanc et l'Aiguille du Midi !
