Large Villa for up to 8 people with large swimming pool and unique view over the all gulf. Wide garden with terraces and BBQ. Child friendly with ping pong table, board games, satellite TV and Playstation. Only 300 meters from a small pebble beach down the street.
All 3 bedrooms on the first floor have airconditioning. The ground floor is a large big space with kitchen, a confortable eating area, a TV corner and a smaller bedroom with staple beds (there is no airco in this room). The large garden offers possibility to harvest figs, peaches, oranges, lemons ... all depending on the season, of course!

Villa Lomellini, is located about 8KM outside the centre of Trapani and only 4 KM from its sandy beaches. Moving outside of Trapani, along the coastal road to San Vito Lo Capo, you will find the villa just before the little fisherman village of Bonagia, where you will be able to shop for all required groceries. Villa Lomellini enjoys a unique view over the all gulf with a stunning profile of the Cofano mountain in front of you and the rough rocks of Monte Erice behind you.

Closest airport is Trapani Birgi, at roughly 30 km. Palermo airport, Falcone-Borsellino, about 100km.

Villa near Erice

The house is lovely, beautifully furnished with individual style. The open plan downstairs is very spacious. We swam in the pool every day. We recommend walks in Trapani, Castellammare, Erice and especially St Vito lo Capo but really spent most of our time by the pool or on the various terraces.

A special place! Wow, the view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our break at this lovely Villa! It's so well designed to make the best of the wonderful views. The setting really is as good as it looks in the pictures, if not better! There is a very appealing family atmosphere, it certainly does feel like you're a special guest in someone's home. The swing chair on the veranda is the perfect finishing touch! We enjoyed the pool very much, even though it was a little chilly, especially at the beginning of our stay. Being able to light the log fire on a couple of evenings was a real treat too. The location is also excellent. It was so quiet, especially in the evening, when we were there. The flowers on the hill behind are truly amazing and we were lucky enough to see the sheep and goats one morning! We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants and food. A big thank you to Miriam and her family.

Fabulous Holiday

From the start of our booking Miriam could not have been more helpful, every question or concern we had was answered promptly taking away any concerns we may have had booking online. The villa is beautiful, set in glorious surroundings. The out door facilities are great especially the pool which was an absolute gem on hot sunny afternoons. We were thoroughly entertained when the birds swooped down for water even when we were in the pool and then in the evening bats came out as well. We found a car a must both for excursions and for food shopping. Pastries for breakfast and fantastic cakes for dessert and Pizzas of a size we do not get in England!! We arrived late at the villa but were met by Miriam's friend who had brilliant English and was very helpful, so our first sight of the view wasn't until the next day and it truly is a magnificent view. We enjoyed staying here very much and would like to think we will return one day....Thank you Miriam.
