About this property

This house has just been completed in summer 2015, so it is a brand new property. It is located in the quiet area of As Angustias, 2 kilometers from the medieval historical center of Betanzos.

The rooms are distributed on two floors: on the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 12 people, a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a washer-dryer-iron room. On the second floor we have two attic bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with fireplace. In addition, it has a large garage for vehicles.

It is located 500 meters from a bus stop, 2 minutes from the city of Betanzos, 4 minutes from the A-6 and AP-9, 10 minutes from the beach, 25 from Coruña and 50 from Santiago and Lugo , `so it is an excellent location to visit other cities and areas of Galicia.

Buenas instalciones pero mal cuidado

La casa esta bien ubicada para la visita que queriamos realizar y se adaptaba a lo descrito, pero estaba muy sucia. En algunas estancias no habían ni barrido, encontramos varios trozos de cristales rotos por el suelo, el cual fregamos pues los niños estaban descalzos y los pies les kedaron negros. Paredes, techos, sofás... Bastante sucio la verdad, una pena pues la casa se ve bien. Por lo demas es amplia y cómoda. El exterior igual, muy amplio para disfrutar y correr pero lo mismo, las escaleras ni siquiera las barrieron, estaban llenas de colillas y sucias.

De très bons souvenirs de ces vacances en Galice , mer , campagne et tapas

l'accueil de Manuel et son épouse on été très agréable, la maison est très fonctionnelle et confortable. Nous étions proche du centre ville de Betansos et avons pu bénéficier des commerces et services de proximité tout en étant dans un quartier très calme
