Gorgeous Apartment within a large Victorian terrace house, with balcony, decked garden, sea and harbour views. Ideally located just a minute or two walk from the town centre, harbour and beaches. The apartment is fully equipped for families of all ages. There is plenty of entertainment in the apartment including a 43" SMART TV in lounge, an additional TV in each bedroom, free complimentary WIFI, a wii console, a selection of DVD’s and a large selection of games, books, and beach toys. St Ives has won many awards for its blue flag beaches and town and we can advise you of the many things there are to do.

About Vanessa Dain

We are a local St Ives family who moved here from Tunbridge Wells six years ago as we fell in love with the town after holidaying here for many years. Myself my husband and 10 year old twins love the opportunities that living by the sea can offer such as sailing, surfing, kayaking and paddle boarding.

  • The Master Suite is of a very good size with an additional lounge area to one side where you can relax read a book while looking at the fantastic sea and harbour views or just watch a bit of TV. There is also an en-suite bedroom. If you had more than four people staying there is ample room for an extra child in this room of the chaise lounge which is extremely comfortable. The Second Bedroom can be laid out as a twin bedroom with two single beds or as a Queen bed through a "zip & lock" system (just let us know which you prefer before you arrive).

Lovely property, light & airy & very comfortable.

We were greeted by the owner Vanessa who briefed us on the property and was very welcoming.

The property was lovely, bright and airy and plenty big enough for the four of us. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The outside area with a BBQ was lovely. The only thing lacking was a freezer, but Vanessa offered us the option of having ice from her freezer if we needed it.

The walk into town is about 5-10 minutes down some steps opposite the property and although steep, very manageable for most.

Perfect for exploring St Ives, which was lovely. The property also had parking, which is at a premium in St Ives so also very welcome and to be honest we parked the car up and left it for most of the week, as everthing we needed was nearby. There is a Co-op at the bottom of the steps and a large Tesco a short drive away.

On using the BBQ we realised the gas had run out and the owners went out of their way to get us a replacement bottle even though it was a Sunday and lots of shops were shut.

A great stay and very enjoyable.

A big thank you to the owners for making our stay a good one.

Lovely apartment close to town but peaceful

We arrived to a warm welcome from Vanessa, lovely lady and very helpful. Apartment is very homely and loads of space. Gets the sun on decking all day, we were very lucky to have great weather and view from main bedroom of the harbour is great. Fluffy towels and robes made for a luxury feel to our stay.

Just note very steep slope up to the entrance to the apartment thought I needed to mention also no freezer just s small one for a bit of ice cream would have been nice. Neither of these would stop me from returning had a fantastic week can't wait to return.

Thank you for our stay your very lucky to have such a lovely place.

Beautiful apartment!

Really gorgeous place to stay, really well equipped and finished to a beautiful standard with fluffy white robes - felt like a fab hotel with loads of space. 2 really great sized bedrooms and good size lounge/kitchen. Great for 2 couples or a family. Very friendly & helpful owner. We will definitely book this again. Really close to harbour/shops/restaurants and we had perfect weather!
