The Perfect Apartment

We had a wonderful few weeks in this modern, spacious and well maintained, comfortable and equipped apartment.

Great location. Near small sandy beach and old town with wonderful restaurants and bars.

Owners great - easy to deal with and very responsive.

Loved it so much we're going back next year. Can't wait!

A magnificent modern 5 star apartment

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who stayed here for 10 nights in Oct'16 and have just booked up again for 11 nights this Sept'17.

My parents said it was just perfect from start to finish. Fabulously equipped apartment with everything you might need, beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, excellent location between old/new town. The owner was extremely helpful and fast to respond to any enquiries. Would not hesitate in recommending a stay in this apartment in Puerto Del Carmen.

Great apartment in ideal position

Loved this great apartment, very well equipped and decorated. Comfy king size bed, plenty of storage place and two balconies that caught the sun all day. Short stroll to the beaches and harbour or the new strip with plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. Biosfar shopping centre just up some steps, you couldn't wish for a better placed apartment. Health club just around the corner for a small fee can use all their facilities or if you want to keep fit, use the gym or go to their fitness classes. It was just perfect for us and we have already booked for next year! Communication was easy with Noreen, you won't be disappointed if you book this apartment.

A lovely holiday apartment

What a beautiful amazing apartment in great location. This is now our 5th visit to Lanzarote and by far the best place we have stayed. A few minutes walk to the harbour, to the beach and to the local shopping centre with not too many steep hills! The apartment is exactly as the photos show you. With a friendly helpful care taking service. We would not hesitate to use this apartment again. Thank you Noreen and Peter for making our holiday so special. Leonie

One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in.

I have just returned from a ten day stay in this apartment and would recommend it to anyone. Myself and a friend (50) and my son and his girlfriend (20) stayed here. The double room with ensuite was perfect for the youngsters. Giving them privacy and their own balcony with sun loungers. It would also be perfect for families too. The apartment has everything you need. I could quite easily live there ! It is 5 mins walk to the Supermarket,main strip,old town, and beach. There is a Lidl a short taxi ride away where we stocked up for the 10 days. (Freezer and fridge are very good sizes). The apartment was very clean and even though there was a charge for the air conditioning it was not expensive and very good. The pool was a good size and clean. With a small children's area. It was not busy and we managed to get beds. The owner's correspondence was quick and helpful when booking and the managers Peter and Adrianne are English and more than helpful if you need anything when you are there . It is only about 15 mins from the airport too. I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic Duplex in a truly great location

We stayed in this duplex for 12 days and loved it we normally stay in villas but could not find one in the area we wanted this exceeded our expectation the photos go not do it justice the owner Noreen has thoughtfully refurbished it to a very high standard the furniture & fittings are comfortable and contemporary with good wifi connection and even TV channels which actually work . The beds were very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was real plus. The location is 2 minutes away from Biosfera with all the plethora of shops & eating places yet the complex is so quiet and peaceful fab tapas bar Vino + in the small complex towards Fariones Hotel & great Italian La Parmigiano opposite a must .. The property management team were really courteous and helpful with lots of tips there is a Tassimo coffee machine and we couldn't find the pods a quick call to Peter & Adriene who advised nearest supermarket to buy them .. We cannot recommend this duplex highly enough and would return without hesitation many thanks for a lovely stay 😄

£595 for 2 people sharing 1 bedroom. Plus £80 per person per week there after. Max 4 people.

An initial security deposit is required of £300 on booking. Full payment to be made 10 weeks before arrival. Deposit refunded after departure once no damage has been done to the villa. A full occupancy and peak demand supplement rate for a max. of 4 people will apply over peak demand periods i.e. Christmas, Easter & all school holidays.
Please kindly note that the peak demand rate per week is £950, for, from 2 people up to 4 people maximum occupancy.














Changeover Day:
Our changeover day is flexible, to facilitate cleaning, villa must be vacated by 10am for incoming guests arrival at 4pm. Again, this may be flexible depending on guests arrival and departure times.
