There are 4 bedrooms - 2 double and 2 twin, all with their own en-suite shower/bath rooms. The master double bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a 43" smart flat TV. The ground floor twin bedroom has a large 46" flat screen TV also receiving UK free- to- view channels

The lounges has a 55" smart flat screen TV with a full UK Sky TV package

El Escondrijo has a large fully fitted modern kitchen plus the benefit of a separate utility room both have modern kitchen appliances

Outside, there is beautiful really secluded pool and a fantastic undercover outdoor fully fitted kitchen and dining area with its own large 58" flat screen TV and a full size drinks fridge making it ideal for Alfresco eating .

There is a separate, play area with a basketball net & table tennis

The villa also offers secure parking for up to 3 cars.

The local beach (Cove) is just a 5 minute easy walk and there are plenty of other small beach coves to explore along the local coastline all of these offer restaurants, chiringuitos and bars

It is a short 15 minute walk (5 minutes by car) from the lovely picturesque non commercial town of Moraira with its plethora of shops, boutiques and excellent restaurants.

Moraira is an hour's drive from Alicante Airport and slightly more from Valencia.

The character of the Moraira area coastline with cliffs and dramatic headlands means beaches are mainly small coves and bays The nearest only 450m away is L'Andragó with pleasant restaurants next to the shore. There are many more beautiful coves and bays along the coast road all of which are worth exploring The Main Moraira Village Beach, Playa la Ampolla is larger, very sandy and safe for children and only about a 10 min walk away (3 mins by car) again with a bar/restaurant right on the beach Easily reached by car are some larger towns which are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is about 30km with its theme park, water park and sea world all great attractions for kids and adults alike The old historic towns of Alicante and Valencia are only about an hour or so away by car and well worth spending the day or overnight The surrounding region has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery

The perfect villa.

How lovely to find the villa even better than described. Everything you could need had been thought of. One of the nicest and warmest pools we have swam in and lovely to not be over looked by other properties.

Moraira is lovely, particularly the old part and the marina. If you like live music try the Saxo bar.

A beautiful villa with great facilities.

The nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Secluded and peaceful, yet 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Great pool and games areas, I would definetly recommend this villa. We had no real problems, but were reassured that Barry and Ray were available should we require any help and advice.

There is something quite wonderful about arriving at your destination,to find that you made a really good choice.This villa is spacious,spotless and serenely peaceful. Set amongst the pine trees five minutes above Moraira, it is the perfect setting for a great holiday. We enjoyed swimming in the crystal clear pool, lunches in the poolbar and socialising on the patio outdoor space.

Ray and Barry were very quick to respond to any queries we had and were friendly and helpful.

We would not hesitate to book this property again.

Wonderful outstanding Villa

We first came to Moraira last year and loved it.

What can I say about our accommodation this year , the best we have ever stayed in. We arrived with 3 grown up sons and one girlfriend ,six of us in total. We never felt on top of each other . The inside of the villa is done to a very high spec and outside space is wonderful. Comfortable sofa's on the patio area in the shade with dining table and chairs . Lower level beautiful pool, sun loungers, and bar/ bbq room which was a real hit with my sons . An added bonus was the table tennis and basket ball which we all participated in. Everything had been thought of.

We were also close to the beach, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of Moraira itself

We met Ray and Barry who are lovely people and always helpful and if there is a problem however small will respond with advice or come and see you.

We will be back we all loved our stay

Wonderful, wonderful Villa!!

We found Moraira about 8 years ago and have been returning ever since - great beaches, great restaurants and excellent place to relax - this is the best Villa we have stayed in

Firstly, the location, 5 minute walk to the Beach and Algas - a lively cocktail bar and 21 minute walk to Moraira town centre - all down hill along the coast. The villa is situated in a cul de sac - very quiet and feels safe

The outside space of the Villa is the best - on one level there is a great area with Sofa's and table - very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to lounge about - and walk down to the pool area - a beautifully appointed pool - a good size and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing - and, by the way, the quality and feel of the wicker lounges was the best!

And then you have the 'man shed' - a fantastic poolside room with bar (and Optics!) - a wine/beer fridge, a gas BBQ and a huge TV screen - great for watching the EURO's - despite being an England fan :-(

The Villa itself is well furnished - modern with lots of nice touches - air con in bedrooms - 4 large sized bedrooms - well appointed Kitchen

Every element of the Villa has been beautifully designed and everything is there...

And then to Ray and Barry - really helpful, really responsive and nothing too much trouble - great service - booking was easy and thanks for the tip on the local car rental

We have already booked for next year - a real gem!!

The villa is set in an extremely quiet residential no through road but close to all amenities and easy walking distance of them.

The nearest beach is L'Andrago which is a small quiet bay with restaurants and bars virtually on the beach.

Spain is famous for its weekly markets offering fruit, vegetables, meat, household goods in fact almost everything you want. Markets are held on a different day for each town so it is possible to visit a market everyday somewhere locally. Market day in Moraira is Friday mornings.

The lovely picturesque non-commercial town of Moraira with its plethora of shops, boutiques, excellent bars and restaurants is an easy 15 minutes walk along the sea front. with its plethora of shops, boutiques, excellent bars and restaurants.

Moraira is within an hour's drive from Alicante Airport, slightly more from Valencia

There are many small bays along the coast line from El Portet (a picturesque bay with restaurants and bars) to the outskirts of Calpe (a bustling Spanish seaside resort). These bays offer something for everyone.

Inland there are many small villages, vineyards and orange groves to explore and in February the Almond trees are in full blossom with the hills a blaze of colour from white to dark pink.

If you enjoy the local Ilfach course (9 holes)is only a few minutes away but the are larger course nearby
