Oaks Lane Farm B&B is a large en-suite family room with its own private entrance. Guests have access to the conservatory and use of parts of our gardens. Underfloor heating ensure a comfortable stay.

The bedroom has a double and a single bed making it ideal for a family or two friends sharing. Breakfast includes our own sausages, eggs, honey & preserves along with all the other things you'd expect locally sourced where possible.

The Kelstedge Inn is about half a mile or 15 minutes walk away, with a further 3 pubs all serving food in Ashover which is 1 mile from Oaks Lane Farm B&B.

Children over 5 years old are welcome to Oaks Lane Farm B&B. We do not allow dogs in the B&B.

About Jo Ferguson

We run a smallholding with pigs, sheep, poultry, cows, donkeys and honeybees.

As well as the B&B we run Acorn Cottage, a self catering cottage opposite the main house which sleeps 4. We offer a special room only rate for those renting Acorn Cottage who want a bit of extra space for friends or family meeting them in the cottage.

Guestbook comments from the owner

A very comfortable and spacious room with lovely bathroom and use of conservatory. Great homemade breakfast that set us up for the day. A great location for local walks (we recommend Walk 3 in walks around Ashover) and other attractions of the area. Thanks
