The open kitchen is fully fitted with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary items for self-catering as well as an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The south-facing balcony can be accessed from the lounge has a table and 4 chairs and a sun bed where you can enjoy the sun.

The complex is very safe and secure and there is a reception desk at the entrance and there is always somebody to help you if needed. There is a lovely pool area and garden for residents only and a restaurant in the complex.

Cabo Roig is a popular beach resort located in an area known as the Orihuela Costa on the Southern Costa Blanca of Spain situated between La Zenia to the north and Campoamor to the south, Cabo Roig is close to the major town of Torrevieja which is surrounded by 2 large natural salt lakes. Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa with beautiful golden beaches, golf courses, and plenty to do for the children. A mile-long stretch full of bars, restaurants, and gift shops, everything within walking distance. There are a 24 hrs medical center and pharmacy nearby and the airport of Alicante is 45 minutes, and Murcia is 15 minutes away. There are 3 water parks, the nearest being only 20 minutes' drive away.
