This attractive, traditional styled villa offers comfortable accommodation ideally suited for a relaxing holiday. The villa has privacy and seclusion as there are no adjoining properties. Accommodation consists oft three double bedrooms. The swimming pool is heated and has the added benefit of an electrically operated cover to close off the pool, If you want this additional service, just ask the owner; both the pool and surrounding sun terraces are south facing and the poolside shower cubicle has hot water. The well established gardens and wild garden extend to approximately 2/3 of an acre. The perimeter has a secure boundary wall lined with indigenous and cultivated shrubs giving privacy and seclusion to the property.

Beautiful & quiet Villa

This is a lovely secluded villa close to Cala Torret & Binibeca. My wife and I had a very peaceful & relaxing holiday here. Everything in the villa is of a high standard & spotlessly clean. The pool is lovely with a motorised cover to help keep the heat in. We did walk down to Cala Torret (about 20mins) but a car is advisable really, especially to visit other places on the beautiful island of Menorca. Thoroughly recommended- we hope to come back! Fantastic villa, pool and town

The villa is beautiful, spacious and a ten minute walk from a couple of restaurants and a bar. A short drive to Punta Prima for the beach and a fifteen minute drive a large supermarket for filling the cupboards. Laura is a great host and it's great to know she's nearby if anything goes wrong, not that it did. She was very understanding when we arrived late. Don't hire a car from Autos Menorca to save her any future pain!

Everything you want and more for a family villa holiday.

This was our first stay at the villa and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely be returning!

The pool was perfect for us and our 2 children ( 6 & 9), who spent hours every day playing around.

The facilities were great. We loved the BBQ and using it regularly.

The location is perfect.It was lovely and quiet and surrounded by trees. There's an easy walk to the sea, shops and lovely restaurants.

We fully recommend this villa to anyone!

Excellent venue; Excellent villa; Excellent facilities; Really accommodating owners

This was our first time in Menorca and our first Owners Direct villa holiday. We would certainly return, both to the island and the villa, which is located in a quiet area and within easy walking distance to the sea, a supermarket and restaurants. The villa was comfortable and well equipped, with the swimming pool becoming the centre point of the holiday for our grandchildren and a great way to cool off every day. A great location for a family holiday.

Well equipped Villa in quiet location

We loved our stay, the villa was clean and well equipped, plenty of hot water. Lovely pool and gardens, a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants and well placed to go exploring other parts of the island. A small blip with the plumbing but Laura was very quick to try and sort the problem.

We stayed here with our son, daughter-in-law, 2 grand daughters 6 and 9 and their cousin also 9. There was plenty of room for all of us. The property is amazing. If we were home the kids were in the pool-as were the adults quite often. We had a small problem with the sink which Laura took care of right away. The location is great for beaches, restaurants,etc. We would love to come back someday.

The coast is just a five minute walk from the villa, Binibeca beach and the small cove of Cala Torret are 15 minutes walk from the villa. Here you will find restaurants and bars overlooking the sea, a supermarket and bakery (with WI-FI). Binibeca Vell is 10 minute walk from here. Other numerous pretty beaches to explore are within 15-20 minute drive. The capital, Mahon is 20 minutes distant with Mahon Airport a similar distance away.

Only 4 Kilometres away is the town of San Lluis with its French and English influences. It has a Hippodrome (Horse Trotting), shops, internet cafes, banks and restaurants, a windmill and several interesting architectural features. The capital, Mahon (Mao) has spectacular harbour views with a huge selection of shops to browse, quayside restaurants and cafes for a relaxing meal. In addition there are plenty of tourist attractions, boat trips and the city has many architectural features to explore. Within easy driving distance are many peaceful coastal villages and beaches to discover. The Fiestas are great fun and a "must see". Many markets, fairs and traditional cultural and musical events are held in the main towns throughout the summer months.

A Golf Course at Son Parc is about a 30 minute drive from Binibeca. Golf Clubs are available to hire at the club.
