This tastefully 'Farrow and Ball' decorated 3 bedroom gated apartment, is equipped to the highest standards with integrated air conditioning and electric blinds throughout. The apartment has wifi, smart T.V, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.

All 3 bedrooms are stocked with cool linens and tempur mattress toppers. Bedroom 1: kingsize bed, bedroom 2: 2 x singles, bedroom 3: 1 x double & 1 x single. Cot available on request. 2 x bathrooms. Dining area and beautifully appointed lounge.

The Private garden includes a gated lawn area complete with covered terrace, lounge area dining table for 8 people and a Weber BBQ and sun loungers.

The pool area situated directly in front of the apartment. The beach is a short stroll (250M), It will bring you out just by the hotel ill a d 'or with beautiful G&T terrace and NEW luxury spa (2016). The pine walk restaurants are a short walk and there is a well stocked supermarket/bakery and cafe 150m from apartment.

We found a home from home which with 3 generations was very welcome. The only thing we found missing was a day and a half of sunshine and a pull along shopping trolley or two to allow us to shop and eat in, and benefit from the kitchen and terrace facilities and avoid the need to take out a grandparent with walking issues ( both thigh bones pinned). We would rate the property excellent.

Beautiful apartment in a great location.

This was our third stay at the apartment and we had a great holiday once again. The apartment is situated in a lovely complex and is beautifully decorated with everything you need for your stay. The apartment has a garden which is great for kids and there is a swimming pool you can also use. It is a short walk down to the seafront and the pine walk where you can find many bars and restaurants.

There were a couple of things we needed when we arrived and the apartments management agency arrived within 10 minutes of us calling them with everything we needed, great service.

We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Perfect clean well equipped.

Beautiful, clean and well equipped. It was perfect for all ages as we had elderly people to consider. The shop and bar in the complex makes it even easier. And takes the stress out of your holiday .

Very Spacious

The apartment was very spacious with a lovely little garden as a bonus. It was well equipped but I would have liked a coffee maker. The Bellresguard complex is very well planned with numerous swimming pools serving groups of apartments. Security is good with keypad gates to enter complex.

The pool serving this apartment was a few steps away from the garden gate and very convenient. Also there is a shop/restaurant nearby.

The owner was very helpful both prior to arrival and whilst we were there, with quick response to our queries.

This is a well eqipped apartment in a very convenient location close to Pine Walk which is where the beach and restaurants are.

Excellent property in v good location

Very well appointed, modern apartment in good location a 15 minute walk along seafront to Puerto Pollenca - very comfortable, peaceful, modern, clean. Small plumbing problem was dealt with speedily by local agent, and both owner and agent very helpful and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment, fantastic holiday

We had 2 fantastic weeks last August, the apartment is very tastefully decorated, loads of space, we are a family of 6 so it was needed! everything you need is here, we loved eating on the terrace. The pool was great and mostly empty, the store and restaurant is 200 yards away and was our favourite place to have a drink and eat. The ILadore hotel is a most for sundowners! We booked again for 2017 which tells its own story!!!
